Tried to buy tickets today w/a presale code. The ticketmaster website wouldnt let me buy tickets so I called customer service. I explained I was in the process of trying to buy tickets but the site wont let me! They hemhawed around making me try different things like signing in and out and trying incognito mode to try to get their site to work! Nothing worked! They finally told me that pre sale was over! Whick was an absolute F**cing lie! Ticketmaster then just told me to go back on the sale day. WHAT F**cing good is that? Worthless scumbags

So I have been buying the Hemp heavy duty moisturizer for years. Not only is it no longer available on their website but they sell something that looks just like it purposely to trick customers. I used to buy a 6.7 oz tub for about $20. Now they have a small tub that looks exactly the same in their advertising as the large tub for about $20. You think you are buying the product you always purchased but when it shows up its ONLY 1.7 0z! SO THEY F**K YOU OUT OF 5 oz of PRODUCT! Total scumbag move!

So Wolfgang had a sale on t-shirts. I saw a few I really liked and ordered them and more so-so shirts because they were a good deal. Paid for 15 items total. They sent me 10 items and none of the shirts that I really really wanted! So I contacted them and asked what happened. They made up the excuse that their system was old and only refreshed once a day. And the items were sold out. So why didnt they tell me they couldnt complete the order? (It might have changed my mind about the order completely.) So they decided to give me $25 credit. Okay I guess thats fine. So the sale continues and I need to use my credit and shirts are now down to$7 apiece. So I need to use the credit on something so I buy 3 shirts. They send me one shirt and my credit is now gone. I contact them again asking what happened and where was the rest of my credit? Well they re-issued my $25 credit (which was cool) but now they raised the price of shirts back to $32 apiece. (which means my credit cant even buy a single thing! BUT THE F**KING WORST PART IS NOW THE SHIRTS THEY WOULDNT SELL ME SAYING THEY WERE SOLD OUT ARE now AVAILABLE AGAIN SUDDENLY AT $32! GO F**K YOURSELVES LYING SCUMBAGS!

Negative stars if possible! What a sh*tshow! IF SOMEONE TRIES TO GIVE YOU THIS GIFT HAND IT RIGHT BACK TO THEM AND TELL THEM ITS not WORTH THE F**KING TROUBLE! Brand new unopened gift card they wont validate because they say there was a fraudulant use of it. Hows that possible? Unknown. Then they want you to open a case online. That eventually wont work and you will have to call them again to find out you need to fax them. Does anyone use fax anymore? So after going to 3 copy places trying to find a fax machine, then you have to deal with fax bull$#*! and expense! Now I'm paying money to try to recover my money! STAY FAR AWAY! YOU WERE WARNED!
