Just pay with a credit card when using this company and nothing else. If they screw you file a chargeback.
This company apparently owns multiple companies and is based in China. They don't know the meaning of customer service for a reason.
Very good company :) i got in live chat asked how much gold they had in stock they told me over 100k... i ordered 40,000 they got on within the allotted time and gave me the proper amount of gold! I think this company has turned its ways and is much better then all these reviews!
Ordered 10K from this site. They said they had it in stock. I logged into live chat 4 times a day to ask where my order is and 3 days later i got 4K. I talked to them again 4 times a day for over a month with no results. I filed a claim with PayPal and still no results I started getting e-mails saying that my WOW account was being investigated and to log on to the link attached to verify your account information. I looked into where these e-mails were coming from and they originated from a web hosting company in China. Power-level is also hosted by the same company. I filed complaints at every website i could find that is associated with Power-level. After a week of filing complaints i got the balance of my order. I will never do business with this company or any of its affiliates again
They told me that I would receive my gold within 4 hours. Then they said 8 hours. Here i am 24 hours later and they are telling me "soon! Soon! We will hurry for you". I asked for the manager and they said they SHE was on lunch break and when i asked when HE will be back they said HE will be back in 2 hours. Horrible customer service, no end result, and constantly LYING.
Promised 45 min delivery for a small fee, (I only spent about £4 overall) and then refused to trade when i arrived, then said to put items on AH and refused to buy them in game, giving me 2 minutes to get from outlands to ratchet. Awful customer service, threaten them with paypal, or try tell them you will make a big order if they hurry up and you MIGHT get your gold. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere, i was told they had 112k on my server and they still have not delivered. Paypal dispute coming up! For one of "paypals top ten partners..." or some other bull$#*!..
They intentionally mislead customers about delivery time. I ordered gold and didn't receive delivery anywhere NEAR within the times i was quoted. The customer service chat then ignored me. Do NOT order from this site unless you like being lied to, disregarded and overall unhappy.
I bought golds 2 days ago. They all just keep saying ' sorry for your long waiting', but i still not get it yet. And now they block me in their live chat, i could not find any of their customer services.
Pls everyone don't order any golds from this website. They are really just hold you on line, then u can't contact them anymore.
After 4 days of me asking on the service if the gold is ready they tell me: ""*******@power-level.net says:

And then they start ignoring me... stay away from this site... is total crap!
Well 5 days now still no gold, and the website for complaints does not exist, neither does the fake phone #'s on their site, and I have been put on a live-chat block so that way they can do whatever they want without hearing from ppl. They rip off, I pray Godzilla smashes their city!
They have done everything to me as everyone else said. I wish I would have found Site Jabber earlier... Im filing a dispute in Paypal currently hopefully I can get my money back... If not I will call my credit card company.
They originally told me the gold was in stock... here a week later I have a dispute in... the customer service reps often ignore you and when they do answer you it's always the same things
"we've had accounts banned and it's hard for us now"
|"I can't give you a refund because our manager isn't in"
"your order is priority and is at the top of the list"

Yet another dissatisfied customer who wishes now that they had read this review site before engaging in business with this company. I ordered my gold over five hours ago, and have been in live chat on and off with them over and over, only to be asked for 'further confirmation'. They went so far as to ask me to take a picture of my credit card or my ID for them to confirm my purchase. Yeah, like I'm really that $#*!ed. Nevertheless, I have given countless threats, and have already filed my dispute with paypal. PayPal has just now gotten back to me with it, and I am going to go ahead and escalate this dispute to a full-on claim... Right after I copy and paste my paypal dispute confirmation into their live chat and see if it lights a fire under their arses.
Spoke to rep via chat, said gold was in stock. Needless to say 24 days later, still have not got what i paid for. Did how ever recieve my refund from paypal. Stay away!
Same experience as others. Just filed my complaint with paypal. We'll see how it works out. From now on ill just spend the extra money and go with the site i know delievers
Update: refunded via paypal after 2 attempts to pay me ended up with their gold mule being banned which tells me they either bot or scam. Avoid this company if you value your account
Don't Use This Site! They don't deliver anything they promised, i tried to get 1k gold, should be minutes waited 6 hours and their response was we are working on it, don't waste your time with these idiots!
These guys are so full of crap. They are definitely false advertisers. They lie to you about everything, the estimate delivery time. The "manager" is NEVER there. It's been 5 days since I ordered ******* from them, I have yet to be contacted. I keep giving them hell on their live chat, but I swear they take their sweet $#*! time to reply and it almost sounds like they're reading a dictionary to translate what your saying, lol. These guys are ridliculous! Don't buy gold from them, it's a damn scam. I really wish I would have gone on here first and read about them.
After a long 4 days of threatening and them ignoring me i finally got the 3k gold i ordered. Bout damn time. Do not ever order from them. That Ocean guy is annoying and ignores you until you harass him

I bought WOW *******G for 32 USD on March. 13.2012 and i have paid per PayPal.and i still waitig for my Gold.
They told me i need to send them/she (Linda) an ID, i do not why...(they have already the money)... so anyhow i sent them my ID and Linda tolld me my picture on the ID looks false...
So i am trying to get my money back throgh PayPal... and will see what will happen
I can confirm this, i ordered a Power-leveling package, and after 1 month of waiting for the initial contact from their part, still nothing.
I am demanding my money back and making legal threats against them (Theft/Fraud), I know nothing will come of it, but maybe they will man up and apologize.
So, whoever is researching the site before they order (i should've) Save yourself the headache, and go order from some place else.
