I believe it takes two in every situation. The delivery service as in Postmates and the vendor in this case Blaze Pizza both are responsible for getting food to you hot and an orderly manner that did not happen. Blaze Pizza would not refund my money, and said I had to go to Postmates because they were the delivery service even though I didn't go through Postmates I was on hold with Postmates for over an hour and my last 2 minutes, a recording came on and said my wait time is now another hour that kept happening I have yet to speak to them about a refund! Never go through Postmates! Never go through a restaurant that won't credit your account or offer to help in any way! Horrible

Never Use This Company

Order food through 3rd party that uses Postmates. Food was not delivered. Once I complained, customer service said that they would refund my money minus the tip. They will not refund the full amount. Never using this company. They instructed me to access the app to change the tip. I never used the app. They refused to pay me the tip money.

Orders consistently sit at restaurants long after they're made. This happens to me all the time -- the reason it takes food an full hour to arrive (it takes the restaurants themselves less than half the time to fulfill delivery) is because the drivers don't pick up the food quickly.

Just had confirmation of this today. My order of barbeque from a restaurant 11 blocks away sat at the restaurant for a full hour and 6 minutes and I got my food a full 90 minutes after order. This isn't a one-off, it's typical.

But what are the options? GrubHub, UberEats etc all have similar issues. The solution is this: learn to cook.

Horrible experience!

Never use them. The driver was on her way to give me my order. She got to my gate but never delivered my coffees. They don't give you refund either. On the app it will be $15 but the card is charged $25! Scam

Stolen food!

We used Walmart app to place an order for our family of $200 Worth of food. Guess what? Apparently Walmart uses postmates to deliver people's food orders placed from Online or using the app. Well long story short, the postmates driver decided to keep all our food and we are asked out of our money back for the next three days! I plan to get drivers information as they have ours and will be sure they get fired and will have there information! No one in Vegas should use postmates

I ordered dinner from a local restaurant and this Postmates outfit was the only one this restaurant used.
A week later, we noticed two transactions on our BofA account for $99.99 for some kind of "annual subscription".
BofA must know these guys because they denied both transactions.
Yesterday, I noticed the same $99.99 pending on my Paypal Debit card.
Neither my wife or I willingly agreed to subscribe to a food delivery service. At no time it was clear to us that purchasing a single $80 dinner through postmates would result in joining their Idiot's club.
If they hinted it or even declare it, it was certainly not clear and I am a web developer that has worked in web startups for 30 years. I can usually sniff scams a mile away.
Do not do business with this company. Do not buy food through their service and if your favorite restaurant use them, tell them to stop and use someone else that doesn't try to charge you an annual fee for the privilege to then charge you delivery fees with your food anyway.
They should be ashamed.

The guy from postmates, delivered a can of wood stain but delivered it in an open can. Spilled it everywhere on my 2nd floor balcony. Yeah, real nice work. Called Walmart they said they will get ahold of postmates but I still have not received a call back. They need to clean this up ASAP! The guy working for Postmates was more worried about his shoes then what damage he did. My landlord is all on my $#*! about this. This is not my fault. Postmates better pay for the damages.

BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS! WHAT A DISCRACE! OTHER BUSINESSES HAVE INSURANCE FOR SUCH INSIDENCE LIKE THIS. OH IM NOT THE ONLY ONE GOING AFTER POSTMATES. LAW SUIT IS GOING TO BE FILED. LANDLORD IS FILING LAW SUIT AND IS GOING TO BE ON THIS AS WELL.

DONT ORDER

I ordered from here for the first time and I had 3 different dashers. The second one ATE my food! I didn't know he took my order the entire time until my 3rd dasher went to the restaurant and said the food was already gone like WTF?¿¿ so my card was charged 50$ for food I NEVER received and Postmates offers me 5$$$$ like are you serious man efffffff that

Awful, if 0 stars was an option I would give 0. The first order I did was over $50 dollars & half was messed up or missing. They credited me $20, I didn't know it expired until I went on the app again. So I had placed an order the day it expired using the $20. They charged me $20, and it saidit wouldbe credited back. I wouldn't have ordered again from them but I wanted to use the $20 they credited me back for fu*king up the first time. Now I'm down $40 & 2 hours on the phone waiting for even the supervisor to sit and tell me I need to accept they can't do anything about it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I will select a chain restaurant in Vancouver, WA yet, on multiple times, the order is redirected to Portland, Oregon?

I canceled an order to Panda Express because that location is actually located inside Airport terminal and no way for driver to park their car and retrieve. I've complained with live person previously and it's still happening.

Why I'm so angry is because this happened once again yesterday. Within 30 seconds I hit cancel, yet my Bank Account has $30.00+ Pending on hold. I think this is horrible and yes, as previous complaints have stated, it's a scam. I did not receive any goods or services yet you received my money. On a large scale somebody making out or laundering funds?

Are you trying to build up local business after letting looters & rioters ruin downtown. IDN, but I'm mad.

Terrible support. We didn't get a meal and were promised a Full refund from the business. It was never given by Postmates. They gave a credit for their business that expired within weeks (when we didn't receive the order we made). The support is slow and they obviously don't care about their customers. With all the choices out their - avoid this business - we certainly deleted the app already

Customer service is complete trash, only give you an email which they are terrible at replying to. I had an order cancelled, I was still charged for it. I wrote them an email which they never responded to just marked the issue as "resolved". I never received my money or food. Paid $40 for a panic attack...

Incompetent company

I have ordered from Postmates 20+ times. Four of those times, they canceled my order because they couldn't find anyone to deliver it to me. The last time I placed an order they actually changed my order. I ordered 2 pizza's and 1 eggplant parmesan. What was delivered was 1 pizza and 1 eggplant parmesan. When I wrote to them and asked them why, they apologized. I wrote to them again and asked why my order wasn't done correctly to begin with and they never responded.

Don't waste your time ordering from this app... 98% of the time it will get canceled an hour after it tells you your order has been confirmed and is being prepared by the restaurant.

The restaurants don't even know they're using their menus. Once you've placed an order, a Postmate Driver will either call or go to the restaurant and place a to go order. That's why prices are so much higher and delivery times are always so long.

You added a $9.41 charge to my dinner. OKAAAAAYYYYYY! I called the restaurant and i gave that 9.41 to the delivery guy in ADDITION TO HIS TIP. I hope you go bankrupt, which is definitely gonna happen if people ever read your reviews. 1 Star is too much.

Scam fees.
March 30, 2021

Was supposed to get free delivery with "Postmates party". Was still charged a delivery fee, plus other charges that were not authorized beforehand. At least let me know beforehand that there'll be $10+ extra tacked on to my order so I can close the app and pick up the food myself.
Wait time for customer service is currently 1hr+.
