I just closed my account with Poshmark. They have scammed me to many times. Sellers rip you off, you file a claim and they 100% side with the sellers in my cases. This company are a bunch of cheats. Go to Ebay, Etsy where they have good customer service. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB & Federal Trade Commission. These people need to be investigated. Stay Away From Poshmark. If I would give them a 0 if would. A 1 is to good for them.

Don't buy anything from this *******@jmatt09, he/she put used face cream to sell, Accidentally I purchased it but right away I tried to cancel it but Junk Poshmark doesn't have cancellation option on their terrible products! I don't want the get Corona virus or disease from the used cream for $67.00! They don't give you cancellation option to force you to keep their junk product! I tried to contact the seller and customer support, I didn't get any right respond! After I told the seller that I don't want this junk at all for 10 time, seller gave me instructions to cancel but that instructions is not existence! They're lier! And customer support didn't respond it at all! They wasted my money, time and tried to sell the product with virus and bacteria without boxes! I'm going to sue their company and this seller if they don't cancel it! Most worst experience ever! Not even 1 star rating! Terrible app and sellers and customer services! All their reviews are the same! They're liars and this is violation! It was my first purchase and I'll tell everyone how horrible this people are! Wait to get lawsuit against your poisons junk product! FRAUD!

Awful

Poshmark is probably the most awful app I've ever had. I was SO excited to start selling designer bags I haven't used, they've been sitting around in my room forever. Not only does poshmark take 20% of everything, they will also say every single designer bag is fake. It's happened to multiple of mine ( I know they aren't fake). The customer service is awful. If you're new and looking to sell, please go elsewhere. This app is a joke, and I've seen hundreds of other reviews stating the same thing

They cheat you

They sell your item, but don't apply it to your new purchase. Then they charge the full price to your credit card without giving you credit. If you contest it, they stop allowing you to do anything on Poshmark. Scammers.

I don't know if Poshmark's customer service team lacks training or is understaffed (or both!) but they are unable to complete a service inquiry. They reply to an initial email or tweet and when I reply, they disappear. No reply, no resolution, no answers. I recommend tweeting their CEO, he's bound to pay attention at some point.

Horrible experience from seller
Horrible experience from seller. I've purchased from sellers numerous time and only a couple of times I've had to return something because the seller failed to fully describe flaws in their items. My last purchase I received the item and it wasn't in "excellent" condition as she stated. The leather from the bag was practically deteriorated. I took pictures of it and sent it to customer service to review. I was able to return it. Once the seller found out that her item was being returned she began harassing me and calling me a scammer. I do understand that scammers are out there. I'm a posh seller myself but to accuse someone of that after you can see Ive ordered items from other poshers and received good comments on my purchases. I began to defend myself and yet the seller kept harassing me. I sent a screen shot to Poshmark customer service and i was the one that got deactivated while she is still active in Poshmark. Goes to show you Poshmark doesn't really care. I hope people stop selling or buying with them. They don't handle business very well. I will continue to write reviews and find whatever platform I can find to express how much I wish Poshmark would go out of business.

I made the mistake to purchase a pair of shoes through Poshmark, I have NEVER purchased anything online or in person in which you are NOT allowed to return. I saw a pair of shoes that looked in very good shape, nowhere in the sellers remarks did it state those shoes run small, i saw size 9, bought them and when they arrived they were a size and half smaller! I was not allowed to return them - Period! I paid $552 for a USED PAIR of Louboutin shoes that were NOT used once as the ad stated - DISGUSTING! The seller didn't have the decency to clean the inside of the shoes, WHO puts their nasty dirty feet inside shoes and then decides to sell them GROSS! I purchased a Brand New pair directly from Louboutin and paid $625 with FREE SHIPPING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE, PEOPLE ARE DIRTY AND NASTY, POSHMARK DOESN'T CARE AND IN TODAY'S WORLD, WHO KNOWS WHAT DISGUSTING THINGS PEOPLE HAVE AND TRANSMIT IT THROUGH THIS SERVICE! I RATHER PAY THE EXTRA $50 OR $100 AND GET THE AUTHENTIC MERCHANDISE WHERE I KNOW IT WILL BE CLEAN AND NEW! First time user and sure as hell LAST TIME! NO THANK YOU! If i could rate this company lower I WOULD!

Posh is the worst when it comes to protecting the seller! I shipped a pair of non damaged no scratches no scuffs designer Sunglasses Dolce and Gabbana the buyer received the the item and completely destroyed the item in order to request a refund. Yes my account name is Vee Lopez posh can look me up totally unfair for the seller now I'm out of my designer shades and the buyer gets a refund and keeps the shades! Terrible service and there's no way to contact Posh unless is through email which gets sent back undelivered!

If you are being bulled or harassed by users - which happens often on this terrible app - they will do nothing despite documentation and reporting.

They will not remove replica items, despite multiple users documenting and reporting the situation.

Perhaps worst of all, if you have any issue with your order they will not assist you. My package was delayed 2+ weeks from their HQ authentication services with no explanation and, despite their auto message saying they will get back to you in 24 hours, they did not reply to any of my support requests throughout the duration of my issue.

If you are looking for a place to safely buy and sell, please do not use this app. It will only cause you stress and frustration - all while charging you a 20% fee.

Totally ripped off. I went to the website and browsed the mens section not the kids section. I ordered a men's size large baseball jersey but received a youth shirt. When I went back to Poshmark even though the seller misclassified the item they say I should have asked the seller if it's a youth shirt. That's so screwed up. I think they just wanted to keep their 20% from the seller. Such a bad business model. Good thing this didn't break the bank. I wouldn't trust this website at all if they don't hold sellers responsible for misrepresentation of their goods.

Don't Do It!

I had listed over 60 items, I was excited I thought this was a brilliant way to get rid of things without the hassel of Marketplace and meeting up and so forth. COMPLETELY WRONG.
I sold a pair of expensive sunglasses, had post pictures and shipped in the packaging I received my prescription glasses in so it was safe packaging.
The buyer proceeds to return them after they damaged them! Poshmark opened a case I showed pictures of the condition the glasses were in when I packaged them and they granted the buyer the return- even after I showed pictures of the glasses- why would I ship broken glasses when they would just send them right back? And if they were damaged from shipping they should have opened a case with carrier
So basically I shipped 200$ pair of glasses to pay for return shipping for them to come back broken from the buyer. Flawed system.
Just save yourself and your goods and don't use Poshmark.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

I shipped out an expensive MK putse and they cancelled the oser for some reason after I shipped out so I lost almost $200 and a MK purse! I tried reaching out several times and never got back to me! MOST AWFUL TRANSACTIONS AND OVERALL SYSTEM. I JUST WANT MY MONEY OR MY PURSE BACK... If I could put 0 stars I would 100%!

Misleading

I must say that Poshmark does stand behind the products that the sellers sell. I'm happy about that because I have bought several items that were labeled new with tags, but we're actually used and in terrible condition. I have deleted the app and unsubscribed from their emails.

Poshmark sucks

Honestly poshmark sucks. You get a $#*! ton taken out of what you make on each purchase, you are constantly getting notifications about "poshmark parties" but no one EVER buys anything. I've had my listings up that are quality for almost a year and I've made ONE sale. It's a waste of time honestly. Just a $#*! ton of notifications that's mean nothing and an app that just takes up space on your phone. No one buys anything unless its Gucci, Chanel or VS that's marked down to a ridiculously low price and it only ever gets marked down that low either because its been listed for so long and no one will buy it or because its defective. Ridiculous app. Total garbage. If I could rate 0, I honestly would.

Abysmal customer service. Dishonest and rude. Sold me some scarves listed as silk but were polyester. They refused to cancel or accept a return despite being sold under a blatant lie. When I filed a complaint, they deleted my account with several orders still actively processing. Unbelievable. Zero accountability. The absolute worst. Wish I could leave zero stars. DO NOT TRUST THEM
