“Worst service I've ever experienced”

Abysmal customer service. Dishonest and rude. Sold me some scarves listed as silk but were polyester. They refused to cancel or accept a return despite being sold under a blatant lie. When I filed a complaint, they deleted my account with several orders still actively processing. Unbelievable. Zero accountability. The absolute worst. Wish I could leave zero stars. DO NOT TRUST THEM

“Great concept for a website but the customer service and seller centric favoritism makes it a risky place to shop. Poshmark wants its huge commission on items sold-They don't care if you never get the item in reality or get garbage.”
