When I first joined I loved the app! I thought it was great how you could comment and ask questions before you purchased and I sold a lot of my things on here as well. Boy was I wrong! So many problems with purchases. I have never bought something on the app I ended up keeping. The girls on here do not accurately describe their listings because they just want to make a sale. I recently purchased a Kate Spade wallet which I was super excited about and these things aren't cheap if you've ever seen them around! THE GIRL SENT AN EMPTY ENVELOPE. Or did not package the item correctly at all and the wallet was lost. Either way she labeled the envelope so it shows it was delivered. But empty. Not sure exactly what happened but I don't suggest the site to anyone. Too many young girls on here who don't know what they're doing. What a waste of money.
Just only small item but they sell the damaged item and they refused to return back because with the reason over 72 hours. In my case, i contacted with them by mail back and fall and finally they refused. This's the first time I saw one company have the business like that. Terrible!
3 purchases on Poshmark. The first transaction was perfect. Item as described, super bargain, and shipped quickly. Was very happy. Second transaction the item, a dress, arrived dirty from hanging out of a thin, flimsy dog food box the Seller used for shipping. The dress was wadded up inside this small box. Third transaction, another dress, was never shipped by the Seller. I cancelled after the 10 days Poshmark gives Seller to ship and have yet to receive a refund. I paid through Paypal and filed a dispute with screenshots of the cancellation and other information. I will not shop on the site again. Poshmark does not provide feedback about a Seller like other sites do. If you rate a Seller less than 5 star out of 5, you cannot leave a note on their page. I noticed many Sellers do not answer questions regarding their items and do not update their selling page for months. I avoided those but still had issues with 2 of the 3 orders I placed. No thanks.
This company has the worst customer service in the history of customer service, there so bad it's disgusting. They refuse to return money on ill fitting clothing, they stall and ask you to take pictures and they say there reviewing. All there doing is stalling so they don't have to return your money.
Do not do any buying on this site you will get screwed
I've had nothing but issues with them. I've been in a verifying status of payment for about a week already. So I haven't been able to purchase. Their verifying process is not letting me scan my driver license. I've emailed them numerous of times and no one has helped me. This has been a week already. If it's not one thing it's another with them.
I ordered a handbag, and it did NOT state that it was the older model.
The older model has rounded handles which dig into my shoulders. I have shoulder issues, and would not be able to use this handbag/tote.

I wanted to purchase a silk top, but the site would not allow me to buy now or mark an offer. So I asked for help. I explained the issue. The wonderful support staff came back with sent a screen shot after 2 full days. There was no screen shot to send... Of course the item sold I will not shop from them, not worth the hassel after trying to buy something for 3 days
Sellers, beware. Make sure you check your bank statement after "receiving" your money from Poshmark, as I was charged MY money for the product, and then refunded the chargeback into my account! That is NOT receiving money for a product supposedly sold by you using a third party app!?

Similar to a plastic shower curtain. Yet on the site it looked to be a well-made bright White and crisp cotton! It even described the top as White. I emailed and got a response that yes I can return it and to just flow these 7 I voiced steps which they used to do.kn their website. Well it did not work. I tried 5 times snd even had a tech person try. Bottom line, they didn't REALLY want to allow a return. Even though I had it in writing they said "YES". I ended up having to take other recourse since they did not respond on return. I can not recommend using Poshmark. I don't do business with with a company who is unprofessional, not trustworthy and don't have a working contact number.
I thought I'd give this site a try, because they had a pair of shoes I really wanted for a great price. The seller never even bothered to ship it out, and I had to file for a refund. I can't believe this company can even stay in business with service like this. Never again!
I shop and sell on a few sites and posh is one of them, I can honestly say that this is by far one of the best! The only reason I have not committed to selling the hundreds of items I sell to posh is the higher selling fees, if they lowered them, I know many sellers would switch over completely. The customer service is amazing, better than eBay, mercari, depop etc... and most of the seller's are friendly and very accommodating. The items seem to be higher quality and sellers also take better care in their packaging and shipping. Now, I have had a couple negative experiences with a couple sellers but by far less than mercari sellers. I would definitely recommend Poshmark to buy and sell but be aware that as a seller the fees are a bit higher.
Bought a bracelet, and the pictures made it look like the stones were much bigger than they really are. I contacted customer service and they wouldn't refund me. They said I should have asked for exact measurements before ordering. I wouldn't order from them again, because I never had customer service be of such little assistance before.
Poshmark is not a good platform to sell items as they do not protect the seller if a buyer wants a return on an item that I provides explicit detail and pictures of items condition. If you are a new seller or entertaining the idea, better off looking at a different platform to sell items.
Unfortunately even though I buy a super light top, I will be paying $7,11. Today I wanted to buy 3 items from 3 different sellers, so only with shipping I would be spend $21,33! They were 3 super light items!

Loved that they sent me boxes. I sent several new Jean pants in a variety of colors and other items tees, etc. with their charges I never received my items back that were " unsold". One of those places that more if not all for them. Never received a dime for the two boxes of new and almost new.
Bought an item from the website that was totally deceiving as to the size and look of the item. When the item came I quickly reached out to poshmark to discuss my issues. There was no communication with the website they never responded Mx when purchasing designer authentic items the website got to have the buyers back. Keep away.
You purchase; they charge your card and then you wait and wait and wait. The seller has not responded since the purchase. Customer Service tells me how to respond online to get my money back (which will take a several days). I am not even sure if they products they are offering even still exist. One of the worse buying experiences ever. AVOID!
As a new customer, I ordered a pair of shoes on this site. No word from Seller, Zakmart, and no item received in 10 days. Now they want to cancel. What kind of a company is this? Not a happy camper. Displeased.
Poshmark online ordering is misleading! I went online to find sunglasses. I found one that I liked and ordered them. It was easy and fast.
Surprise! I was duped! I received the glasses but they were prescription 1.75 sun glasses. I don't want or need prescription glasses. It was NOT described in the ad line. They're just sunglasses. So I didn't read the details. They're just sunglasses. Now Poshmark will not take them back. Horrible service and extremely misleading!
I strongly urge you to avoid this company by all means necessary. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Seller sold me an item that was ALREADY SOLD! Took forever to get a refund or response, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!
Answer: You've got to be smart about shopping online these days. There are scammers wherever you go. That said, if you follow the guidelines and steer clear from trading, which most sites don't condone, then you'll be fine. I've purchased over 100+ items on poshmark and have sold over 90+ with complete success, with the exception of the one time I decided to trade... I've purchased low prices items before and received junk a couple times, but Poshmark ALWAYS refunded me! Maybe I'm super savvy, so here's what I always do: 1. Always checkout the seller's reviews. 2. Always ask if there are any flaws with used items. 3. Always ask if sizing is TTS: "true to size" 4. And most importantly, always ask if it's authentic (unless otherwise specified in the description) These 4 questions have always led me to receiving exactly what I wanted and at half the retail price! Plus, it's so much fun! I've made a considerable amount of income from it, while also adding a nice set of items to my own closet! Good luck out there!

Answer: It took a long time, but today Poshmark said they refunded the entire purchase amount plus shipping because the booties I ordered were misrepresented. It took About a month and a half. Two times they offered me small credits toward another Poshmark purchase. I filed a very well documented (12 pages of emails, screen shots of the ad and screen shots of dialogue between me and the seller, Kimology) fraud claim with my credit card company, and I emailed Poshmark's customer service to advise them. Two days later they told me they were refunding my money. We'll see if that happens. Poshmark's customer service is terrible, but persistence paid off. Best of luck to you!

Answer: She probably stalked the other seller's listing and found you commented on the item you purchased. So technically, yes they can see what you buy as long as you commented something on the purchased listing.
Answer: Be careful on posh because they do not have your back. There is a lot of scandalous people on posh. Be careful on ebay as well. I bought a Michael Kors set on ebay that was listed as excellent condition but it was stained and reeked of cigarette smoke. Ebay did not refund my money. They said since it wasn't listed as brand new with tags I was screwed. I was out $315. Who wants a handbag and wallet that smells like shit? I think twice before buying on Ebay since that experience. Shame on the dishonest seller and Ebay for allowing that behavior. Good Luck!

Answer: You unfortunately cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. It's best to ask the seller the measurements of the item, if they tell you the wrong measurements you can return it. If they will not give you the measurements then don't buy from them. I'm new to selling on Poshmark and I will allow people to return their items if they don't fit because I believe that's what's right, you will find other good sellers!
