I have several pairs of dansko shoes. The shoes I have are all size 39 however the pair of dansko shoes I ordered are huge and not wearable. They just laugh at you. I will never purchase anything from poshmark again. It's really awful that they have tiny print that says all sales final. I'm now out $85 for nothing I can use. I had no idea when I ordered these shoes that I could not return them. This is really bad service. Stick with Amazon or ANY OTHER SHOE STORE. They all let you return if they don't fit. This is the oNLY place I know of that leaves you stuck with something you can't use! They make it impossible to contact them. I have been trying at least 10 times to contact them. They say I will get a call but nobody calls you back.

I purchased a pair of shoes at my size. However, when I received them and tried them on, they were huge and I could not walk in them. It was the size I ordered, just did not fit as usual. I wanted to return them and Posh said this issue does not qualify? Wth. I have returned poor fitting items to amazon, zappos, etc. Now I am stuck with shoes I cannot wear. Will never use this company again.

Without ever selling 1 single item, Poshmark has decided to block my account. I have tried unsuccessfully over the past 4 months to get a response from their customer support team. Nothing. Crickets. I literally did NOTHING and they suddenly decided to block me! Zero SALES! I posted a couple of costume jewelry pieces. That's it. If there were a 0 rating, that would be this!

You got "Poshed"

"Poshed" is the term I invented to describe the typical Poshmark experience. You buy something and it's either not as described or it's the wrong item entirely. Then, when you reach out to the seller and to Poshmark to resolve the issue, the seller doesn't respond (because why would they) and Poshmark tells you there's nothing they can do.

I hate this site! I will never use it again.

After getting an email confirming my first order ever from Poshmark with a link that wouldn't open, I got leery of site and cancelled order within an hour and requested deletion of my info. They had already charged my credit card. I have attempted for 36 hours to cancel. The "contact us" link has multiple required drop down boxes to determine the issue and it just sends you to a FAQ page. Phone number message says no phone customer service. They send form letters that make no reference to the specific concerns. I suspect scam. I assumed it was valid... tv ads and other marketing. But just looks like scam to me. Although I've requested deletion of my info 3x and unsubscribed to emails I'm getting promo emails 5-5 x a day. This is some kind of basement operation money grab with no service.

I am a researcher going to the Arctic Circle. I bought a parka from Poshmark which was marked as "no signs of wear." When I opened the box, a strong pungent smell immediately hit me. The down coat had clearly been stored wet and feathers had rotted. I filed a complaint immediately. The seller said it had been cleaned (but provided no receipt) and stored properly (ditto.) Poshmark denited my refund because "smell is nebulous" and I couldn't photograph it. It was $300 - a LOT of money for me. The onus should be on the seller, and the buyer should be able to return things if reported immediately. Don't order from here.

Very unfair judgment
I had a watch to sale and the pictures are so clear very crystal clear. But they keep denying it and very poor service
They are denying to see the pictures
Very very poor service
EBay is the best
I will tell everyone all my family and friends what happened and tell them not to go to their site at all
I'm very upset and hurt

I ordered two beach chairs from Happyeshop133. They sent me one chair and two pairs of ankle socks. When I didn't accept the order and contacted customer service the response was I received a chair so they closed the case. I will not ever order from this site and I will caution everyone I know that they should stay far away from this site. If you request a refund or file a claim Poshmark will not allow you to rate the seller. That is why all these sellers have good ratings. The customer is not allowed to see any negative reviews or comments. If I could give 0 stars I would. Buyer beware.

I purchased a pair of sandals for $82 when I got them one of the sandals were damaged when I contacted the seller they said that they would not accept a return because the shoe doesn't have to fit. Poshmark backthem up do not shop that site stick to Etsy or eBay

I was sent a pretty dress in a very timely matter but it is so see-through that you could not wear it in public. They would not accept my return request. I even sent them pictures of the see-through dress with tags attached. Unhappy customer!

I saw they had a pair of Rayban Sunglasses at a reasonable price ($111.00) so I bought them. When they arrived the lenses were distorted. I could not see through them. It made everything double. Double vision! Horrible. I tried to get an immediate refund! The seller questioned me numerous times like I was a liar! It was horrible! Then poshmark asked for pictures and I told them that you can not see the double vision in pictures. I told them I would send them their glasses so they could see for themselves! They denied my claim! Then I went to paypal to start a claim and paypal would not even except claims from poshmark... I wonder why! Thank God I purchased them through paypal using American Express! The Wonderful people at American Express refunded my money immediatly! I LOVE AMERICAN EXPRESS! DO NOT buy anything from poshmark!

I strongly urge you to avoid this company by all means necessary. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Seller sold me an item that was ALREADY SOLD! Took forever to get a refund or response, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

They charged my credit card but didn't send anything I ordered. I have been trying to get my credit card debited for weeks but keep getting excuses about more and more information needed to look into my complaint.

Impossible to correctly search for items

I did a low to high search in a specific category. I get random prices all over the place, certainly not low to high. Many other search issues have caused me to abandon shopping on this site.

Defective Item? You're Stuck With It.

Purchased a $300 jacket new with tags. The lining was sewn incorrectly making it impossible to wear the jacket. Posh mark refused to allow a return. Costly mistake purchasing on poshmark. Will never do it again.

Poshmark allows their sellers to mislead and rip buyers off. They will do absolutely nothing to resolve scams or fraudulent post. They have no phone number for customer service on purpose. Do not trust their App or Website.

I've found that Poshmark sides with the seller, especially the rude/unprofessional sellers. Not showing true ratings, only "love notes" is incredibly deceiving and doesn't inform potential buyers as it should.

My experience with one particular seller, an ambassador, was bad enough to merit a negative review of her accusatory and poor communication over a purchase, but with the way Poshmark set up their site, there's no way to do that. This seller is a truly abhorrent individual who showed me Poshmark should be used as a last resort purchasing option. I just bought a hoodie I've been searching for because they were the only platform selling the item I wanted. Otherwise, I won't ever shop there if I can help it.

Protecting bad sellers is disappointing and shady. No wonder so many people are dissatisfied with this site.

I am so sorry to ordered from this website, I bought it one dirty and not exact size shoes and when I had request to return it back they had refuse to take back at the same day of received it!?
Please don't pay any $ to such a website. They are looking take the money from costumers and no any costumer service!

Ripoffs!

I purchased a simple tissue extender roll that did not fit. There is NO phone service to speak with a live person. Poshmark wants you to jump through multiple hoops ( including photos) in order for them to CONSIDER issuing a refund.
We called our credit card company and the rep assured us that they're trying to make the return so difficult that we'll simply give up and lose our money. She told us she would not allow that to happen and will get us our money refunded to my card.
If I could, I'd give this company 100 negative stars. If you know what's good for you, DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Worst online company I've ever dealt with.
Be warned.
