NEVER AGAIN

I bought a $30.00 pair of stretch pants that were size 12 and they were really really baggy. I sent many pictures & explanation of the differences of my same brand size 12, & the ones I just bought. There were inches of difference at the hem, the knee, the hips, etc. They were too big & baggy and DEFINITELY not what I expected. Just a few examples showing just half of the width, hips were 7 inches wider and knees were 5 inches wider. Within 2 hrs, they sent an email telling me it's not a valid reason for a return. Evidently the seller didn't care either. I will NEVER purchase from Poshmark ever again! Their return policy doesn't exist.

Poshmark USED to be a great site to buy and sell pre-owned goods...but NO MORE! I bought a dress that was advertised as brand new and it had been altered and had stains on it from when it was worn. Poshmark denied the return after harassing me to send them a whole bunch of pictures showing the measurements of the dress. So stupid! I wasn't complaining about the size. Well, once I told them if they didn't authorize the return ASAP, I would dispute the charge with my bank, they denied the return. Interesting response. Certainly the opposite of professional and reputable. Instead, they were spiteful. So I'm off to dispute the charge. I'm sure I'll win. I've spent thousands of dollars up there over the last few years and now they've lost a great customer.

I had high hopes in the beginning selling on Poshmark. I was able list items that were new with tags but not used and sell them. I even sold some gently used items. But if you're looking for a fast turn around this is not the place. You get tons of followers but no buyers. You get loads of likes and shares but not sales. For all that you put into creating the listing, photographing and posting then letting it sit for months with one look. Not worth it. Looking for another outlet for reselling.

Scammers
March 12, 2020

Ordered a grateful dead clock from them and it was broken. Contacted seller who said he'd refund me if I sent a picture. I did and he never answered my emails again. Tried to get money back through paypal who told me to return it so I did. I gave them the wrong tracking number accidentally and now Poshmark is telling me too much time has passed. So now they have the broken clock and my money. I will never order from them again and I will discourage anyone else from ordering from them. The negative reviews are correct here folks. They are scammers.

Not a good site.

I thought it maybe a really good site for selling and purchasing, but it has become worse after 4 years on it. Cannot return things, sellers can sell stuff that is not working and Poshmark will not let you return it. Most of the stuff people sell has been tripled in price and you can purchase it off Amazon cheaper. I am really thinking about closing my shop!

I started using Poshmark about a month ago. I found a " Kate spade ". Bag that I really liked. I asked the seller is this bag authentic? Of course, she said yes. When I receive the bag it was made of cheap rubbery fake leather and didn't even have Kate Spade on the inside. Obviously a fake. I reported it to posh Mark, they came back three days later saying that it was authentic. Word to the wise, don't buy any designer Products from that site. Posh Mark customer service does not care if it's fake or not. Also if you have any kind of issue, good luck having a conversation with them. There's a three day Time lapse in between each one of their emails to you.

I was sold a pair of zip up ankle boots, new in box. The zippers did not work. Customer service said it was my fault because I should have asked if the zippers zipped. They allowed the seller to keep my money - $170.

Posh support is absent

Poshmark needs to invest in its support. Purchased a bracelet that was claimed to be 925 sterling. It was not. Submitted a request for return and the seller admitted that the bracelet is not sterling yet Posh support wrote back asking for additional photos to buy time. Why are more photos needed when the seller has clearly admitted to the bracelet not being sterling? Can't stand Poshmark support

Highway robbery

This is the worst place you can purchase from…. I placed an order for a celine bag that supposedly in excellent barely used condition. Once I received the bag i found popped stitches scratches all over the handles and lost its shape. Immediately i open a case with poshmark to return the bag … they offer me $100 credit and to keep the bag i refused then they said at the end that it is not qualified for return and forced me to keep the bag… I dispute the transaction with my bank. And this stupid poshmark only answer was these flaws might be happened during the shipping… is it my fault? Is it my problem?they should be responsible and return my money…The worst company ever never ever will purchase from them. Honestly there are much better companies do even better out there … stay away from poshmark

I just joined and had no idea of "Bundles," which means if you want to buy 2 + items from the same seller you need to select bundles before you put the items in your cart. They don't give you any tutorial or instructions at all, I figured it out the hard way. So I placed the order for my 4 items, and now I have to pay for shipping costs $13.49 times 4! There is NO customer service telephone number, you can only e-mail them. Your 1st order is supposed to be free shipping. Customer service emailed me to advise I needed to contact the seller and ask her is she could cancel my orders and relist them to me so that I could Bundle them, and get free shipping. There is no way to know if the seller was contacted, and so far no seller response! VERY FRUSTRATING! I don't know what will be charged on my Visa now, and after 4 days the seller hasn't shipped anything. I cannot wait to quit.

Horrible Cutomer Swevice

A seller sent me the wrong item not comparable to what I purchased. They told me it was an accident and they were refunding my money but never did. Customer service keeps giving me the run around and refuses to give me a refund.

My first experience WILL be my last!
I initially purchased three items at the same time from various sellers on 6. 16. 21. Only one purchase actually arrived. The condition of said item was something I would never have the gall to donate. The other two items were listed as NEW W/TAGS... those items never arrived. To add insult to injury, the missing parcels were NEVER SHIPPED. Lesson learned!

Literally THE worst experience I've had with an online company in my entire life. I made a purchase 24 days ago and still have yet to receive anything. I even was in contact with the seller and first she said " I don't know why it's not tracking I took it to UPS " - clearly a lie - then she said she sent the wrong package to me - also a lie - then 22 days later when I requested a refund all of her postings are " randomly " taken down and she's inactive and poshmark now won't return any emails I've sent in days. And of course there is no phone number because they are a bunch of scam artists. This website is a complete scam and they are literally stealing money from people. How do you live with yourselves running a shady business like this. DO NOT support this company.

I have been with Poshmark for over four years. The live shows are new. When you open the Poshmark app, you could get right into a live show or auction. Without your permission or authorization, you could get trapped into a purchase. I woke up to auction purchase this morning. I tried to contact both *******@4mycloset and she disabled the conversation. When I contacted Posh Support, they said all auctions are binding. That was absolutely awful! I HIGHLY advise never using Poshmark!

This site is ridiculous nothing but bored people harassing and putting rude comments if someone misses out on a sale they convince the seller to cancel on you. Customer support sucks and I still have not received an order but it shows delivered and they will not refund me and there is no customer service that you can speak to you can only send an email they don't respond to

Of course the shoes looked great when they arrived and they fit, so I accepted and paid. Big surprise when I went to wear them and one pair fell apart the first night! I could have twisted my ankle or worse, broken my leg! They were 6" wedges! The heel fell apart from the shoe into three separate parts. Another pair didn't even make it out of the house, I looked at the back of the heel where it joins at the foot and I could barely see where it was already coming apart exactly where the other pair came apart! Luckily I only paid $20 for one and $10 for the other. Both were sold as new/like new, never worn... HA! Don't buy shoes and I'm not sure I would chance buying anything else, there is no way to know who is honest and no way to zoom in on the things being sold!

You have a good idea competing with Ebay but you are obviously in need of quality control with your sellers. I just created an account yesterday and my item has already been shipped but from the comments it seems that many people have been burned by some of your sellers. I would recommend that a seller satisfaction scale be created so that people turn away from sellers with less than sterling reputations.

I've had the misfortune of one seller never shipping my item and another one that received the wrong label from poshmark and it was returned to the seller. She never shipped it again even though poshmark sent her another label. Then instead of poshmark getting an answer on what happened, they cancelled my order without my approval! This is a bad deal that you can't communicate directly with the seller about problems!

I order 3 hand bags totalling $1300, seller sent them to Poshmark for authentication and then they sent them regular mail! This lead the postal carrier to leave them on my door step! Poshmark has hasn't replied to my countless emails and that is the only way to contact them! They are HORRIBLE! Three weeks in and no bags, a $1300 credit card charge and not a single reply from customer service!
