American provided exactly what I needed. There response was quick and my new gas hot water heater was installed in less than 24 hours. The plumber was very professional and was thoroughly experienced. The install was less than an hour. I highly recommend this company. Thanks to Porch.com

I requested a quote on Saturday, within 5 min a rep had called connected me with two companies within 10 min. Both companies came out that day, we chose AJ masonary and he completed the job on Tuesday. Amazing
I was in the market for adding central air to my existing central heating system in my home. I was considering going through a big box retailer, then I turned to the Porch website for additional recommendations. Submitting my project on Porch's website was straight forward and the day after submitting my project, two local companies contacted me. Both came to my home, were professional in assessing my needs and gave me a bid on site. The company we selected installed a quality system the day before the hottest day of the summer. I would recommend using Porch without hesitation for any of your household projects.
I asked for help related to making my screen porch usable year-round and used the word "winterize." Got back information about irrigation systems for yards so, they do not freeze.
I know how to google "winterize" and had already done research about this. Whoever got my request evidently did not read it carefully or know anything at all about how to search for appropriate businesses.
I paid $20 for a lead to do a garage floor epoxy, It said I was the 1st to reply within a few minutes, I called and texted the number and no one ever replied, They said they would refund my money they never did. I think fraud scam rip off
Porch.com was a great resource in locating a service provider as I am new to the area so did not know who to call. They contacted a provider (Dan) and had the provide reach out to me directly. Dan was great to work with. He arrived on time, performed a complete and thorough inspection and delivered the reports we needed withing 24 hours of the inspection. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for home inspection services in the area.
The requirement was to install safety bars in our shower. A plumber came; I don't remember his name, but he installed two safety bars where my wife needed them. He was fairly quick, knew what he was doing, an did a good job. My wife was very satisfied.
I ordered a desk from Overstock and needed Porch to move and assemble it. Since this was a large item I wanted everything done one the same day.
I got an e-mail back from Porch immediately that they would contact me when the delivery date was set. I got a delivery date but did not hear from them. I called customer service was told someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. 72 hours later, no one had gotten back to me so I called again and was told that I have no order in the system.
We went back and forth and a new order was submitted. I informed them that we were getting very close to the delivery date and I need to make sure we had a moving/setup team. It took until two days before delivery that everything was worked out.
The team that came did a great job and I would recommend them but you need to stay on top of the order to make sure someone will show up.
Carmelo was great, he came cleaned my dryer vent in half hour and left no mess.
Your customer service though didnt respond when they left me an email not until I called.
So I gave 5 stars because of Carmello.
I really had a professional man (Dan) who assembled my treadmill. He was efficient, kind and worked hard. I am now using my treadmill and would gladly have (Dan) help me if I purchased another product to be assembled.
Wonderful electrical service by Chris from Anchor Electric. Chris was there when he said he would be. He was friendly and professional and checked each item off my "to do" list. I will definitely be calling on Anchor again!

Taylor was great! His work was exceptional. I have reservations about the company because I was quoted one price and was required to pay another. This put me in a terrible position with Taylor. But to make certain that he was paid for his service, I paid the difference. My star selection is for Taylor and his outstanding work.
James (Hunt?) cleaned our dryer vent. He was very professional and friendly. He removed tons of lint from the vent, spliced a portion that had holes in it and reattached one of the leg stabilizers that had come loose. I highly recommend him! I will personally request him whenever I schedule a dryer vent cleaning for my son as well.
Two years ago I hired a contractor off of Angi and had to sue the contractor Mold Mitigation BY Murphy. I won the lawsuit. I sent a copy of the lawsuit default to Angi band Mold Mitigation By Murphy from their website. Now I see Mold Mitigation BY Murphy on Porch ripping customers off. I sent a copy of the lawsuit default judgement to Porch but they refuse to kick them off of their website.
I placed an appointment through Porch for blind installation. I originally had it for Monday 12/16, but changed it to the Saturday before (12/14). It is 5:15 on Friday 12/13 and they have called me to tell me that they couldn't find a provider to install the blinds for tomorrow at 9AM. What was the point of getting verbal and written confirmation of the appointment if they never had anyone? Completely unacceptable. I should have just gone with talking to a provider directly. Then I would know it would be done. Avoid Porch at all costs.

I wanted to have professional guy for my project, so i found this website, but it did not work out, responded repairman did not finish his work and then does not answer on my phone calls. Got in touch with the Porch.com, they did not resolve even close my issue, they even did not apologize for.
