I would like to say that after I slammed them on Facebook, I got a response. Seems the website I ordered from it actually a 3rd party supplier and therefore not really from Polywood... which you wouldn't know unless this happened. But anyway, I was contacted by by Ashley from the actual Polywood facility and we spoke over emails and she helped me to cancel my order AND get my refund! Took her from 8/31 to 10/15for it to happen but it finally did. Shout out to Ashley for being so wonderful and diligent. I suggest you hit their Facebook page if you are looking to cancel your order OR having a hard time getting a hold of anyone. They can give you order status there as well. Good Luck!

I ordered my furniture June 13th 2020 through PayPal and they took the money. A month later after asking for status I got an email that said production was scheduled for end July but orders had gone through earlier. I have sent message after message after message with no answer and no furniture. I out 750$ and they can't even call unmade tell you what's up. I'm so mad. The track order page said no record of my order. Chat feature doesn't work either. Terrible customer service you should be ashamed.

This review is for polywood-furniture NOT polywood outdoor. I ordered $1000 Worth of furniture. They charged my credit card immediately. I requested a ship date four times over three weeks and got no response by email and they do not answer their phones or take a message. After three weeks they gave me a tentative ship date 4 weeks later. I requested to cancel. After three more weeks they emailed me that they would "contact production and get back to me " I'm 7 weeks in, they have my money and don't answer their phones. The website says BBB approved- they are not listed on the BBB website. POLYWOOD FURNITURE is a different company and they are responsive. Polywood-outdoor appears to be a scam company.

3 months and still waiting

I ordered outdoor furniture 3 months ago and i am still waiting, the excuse i get ever time is covid and ever time i contact them they tell me 2 weeks and i have contacted them several times, have ordered $3000 worth of outdoor furniture and now summer is over anybody else have this issue

Customer service is non existent, they WILL NOT answer the phone, answer emails or call you back, they charge you when your order is placed rather than prior to shipment. Not sure this company is not a scam. It does not take very long to give a customer an answer, but when you don't even make an attempt it will never happen. Quick shipping as stated on their web site is totally false. BUYERS BEWARE

My husband and I went here to look for a berlin gardens patio furniture. Super impressed. Great costumer service, super clean, and very costumer focused. Great deals on furniture and a good variety. I will highly recommend Polywood Furniture to everyone!

NO HARDWARE INCLUDED

Purchased two chairs and the hardware was not included in either box. How sloppy is that? Contacted customer service and told it would be 3-5 business days to respond.

I ordered 2 chairs in June with an estimated 6-8 week delivery timeline. I inquired in August and evidently customer service had been shut down due to COVID. I heard nothing back, and disputed the charge with my credit card. I received a shipping notification on October 10th, however the chairs arrived with parts missing. DO NOT order from this website, they are a 3rd party supplier. Go directly through polywood.com the manufacturer. This place is the worst.

Ordered the 3 Piece Jefferson rocking chair set on July 9th with the understandings that it would be 8 to 10 weeks to ship because of Covid. I realize I ordered the wrong set because web-sites a bit confusing with 3 different table options. I reached out to them on 7/21 to see if this could be fixed was given a number saying I would hear from them in 3 to 4 business days... nothing reached out again a week later, same thing, reached out again a week later and nothing. I also have a problem with them charging me for a product that has not been shipped.
If I don't hear from them I will cancel.

I purchased the teak 60" vineyard style bench. If the return shipping wasn't going to be so expansive I would have returned it. For the over $400 I paid for the bench I expected something that didn't look like I got it at Walmart. The material looks more like plastic press-board than plastic wood. It is also thinner and I found the leg ends bowed just from having the bench standing on end while assembling it. I have 6 poly adirondack chairs from ECCB. The material looks much more like real wood and is much sturdier. I am sure the bench will last a lifetime but I wish I had spent a few extra dollars and gotten a better looking bench.

The lead times during COVID is somewhat extended but Polywood delivered to the committed date and it is a beautiful American made product. The rocking chairs and glider look great and are a great place to enjoy the lake.

This company has taken our money and we have never received the chaise lounges we ordered They don't answer their phone or emails regarding our order. All we receive back is a computer generated response and using the excuse of COVID 19 that their response times are longer as could take 4-5 days to get an answer, BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND! I have contacted our credit card to reverse the charges, so hopefully we will get our money back. Buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE!

Don't be fooled by the Hassle Free Return Policy/Free Shipping touted on their website. If you don't like the product it's not free shipping back or even discounted shipping back. It takes two seconds to get a sales rep on the phone but customer service rep - IMPOSSIBLE.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The price for the value is truly amazing. The furniture is beautiful and the customer service and prices are definitely some to beat. I'll be coming back when it's time to upgrade other home! I would highly recommend Polywood Furniture to others.

I finally received my chairs, and I must say, they are great chairs. However, I had to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get this company's attention. It also took multiple conversations between the manufacturer and the distributor, to get involved. After posting a review on Facebook, I was messaged by Polywood. I got their attention from my review and complaint with the BBB. The whole process was exhausting. If I look at my account online, it still show my chairs in production and I received an update today that my chairs would be shipped in a month... yet I received them a few days ago. I can't begin to understand what is happening with this company... but I did get my chairs, and I like them very much. Would I purchase from them again, I doubt it. Their product is great, but too much to go through to get the order. We are all dealing with the economic effects of COVID, but you can only use that excuse for so long. If you can't meet your customer's expectations, communicate with them, don't hide, don't lie. As a customer, I would have been fine if someone just picked up the phone and called me to tell me what was going on.

I placed an order for 4 white Adirondack chairs in April. I spent over $1000, they have my money. They were supposed to be shipped in one week. After 2 weeks when I didn't get my chairs I called on my order and they said they were running behind due to COVID and I would get my chairs by May 11th. Chairs never came, no one notified me. Then I called and got a recording to send an email. The email response was that my chairs would be shipped May 24-27th. The chairs never came, again no notification as to why. On May 27th, I received an email response that read, "I have requested an updated status on your order from our production department since I could not locate tracking. Once they get back to me with either a ship date or tracking information, I will forward that information to you here." Not one word since. I have emailed every day since with no response. I have left voice mail messages, no response. I have not spoken to a live person since early May. I have no idea how to get my chairs or how to get my money back if the chairs never arrive. Horrible company. If I could give zero stars I would.

I purchased a polywood set on April 3,2020. It consisted of 3 lounge chairs, two tables and 3 cushions. Everything arrived except for the cushions. I emailed about them and was told that due to Covid the shipment would be delayed. I understood that. A month later, I emailed to see how things were and if they could update me. No response. I then started a chat and the girl yelled at me and stopped the chat. Later, I received two emails. One telling me the cushions would be shipped the second week of June and then another email saying they would be shipped the first week of June. It is now June 13 and I have emailed again, but they are not even replying. It has been a week and no reply. It would be nice to know if they will ever be shipped so I can cancel the order and buy cushions locally because all of the stores here don't seem to have a problem getting cushions and the sunbrella site is still making and shipping cushions. They want to keep your money and keep you in the dark. I will never buy from them again, EVER. If you do order, just realize, you won't get your complete order.

I ordered my furniture over the phone. I was specific in what I wanted and had done my research. Furniture scheduled to arrive May 22nd. I contacted them a couple of days before to see where it was since I had not received notification and was told it would arrive on the 28th. I saw that it wasn't even sent out until I called. The furniture arrived and after unpacking and assembling the table, I turned it over to find it was the wrong table! They sent me something I specifically did not want and it looks like a cheap picnic table- I paid extra for the table I wanted. I called, sent a complaint and opened a ticket - have heard nothing in over a week. Finally called my credit card company to lodge a formal complaint. Still no news.

I paid $2300 for a Chippendale Dining Set with a Nautical Trestle Table. The set I received (not what I ordered) is offered on their site for $1,995. And another thing - these chairs are small. My husband calls them tiny people chairs. We have two slingback chairs for guests who aren't skinny. And for shame on Polywood the manufacturer - the pictures on the site do not show an ugly stainless steel screw holding the chair back together. I looked at all their ad photos again and you can't see the screw - artfully airbrushed. False advertising. Makes the furniture look cheap

I had to wait a few months after placing my order to receive my products. They were scheduled to come about they time they were supposed to. This was for a vacation home and I had to be there to sign for it.
- First order was supposed to be delivered on Fri, but last minute they told my they weren't coming due to weather it was rescheduled to Monday. I stayed an extra day for the delivery.
- Monday morning, told me it was coming on Wed.
- I had to pay someone to be there. They showed up late and had a broken pallet so my house keeper had to help move the furniture
- I put the furniture together and the wrong supports were sent for the table. I called and they said "we'll send you a whole leg kit so you're covered!"
- Received the package, went back to vacation home, took table apart to add supports. NO SUPPORTS WERE SENT IN THE LEG Kit.
- Called again the next week. Told me they would double check what was sent, make sure they had the right item and it would send it out. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.
- Called back and realized the order was being sent, but they forgot to notify me and found out it was sent TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
- Said they will call me within the hour to confirm.

We're going on 4 months since my order and hours of time spent trying to put something together without the right pieces and sitting on hold.

I want to like this company, so hopefully they change things to make sure they send the right pieces and 100% make sure they fix the issue when they make a mistake.
