That's also been my experience with polywood... which is a shame because I like the thought of recycling stuff and buying American made... won't be making that mistake again

AND MINE AS WELL! TERRIBLE COMPANY.
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! WE SPENT OVER $12,000. ON BACKYARD FURNITURE.
We purchased a home with new polywood furniture just 2 years ago. The product is under warranty. I have been calling and calling and they will not fix a defect in their product. The poly material split up the backside of the love seat. They refuse to replace the part (which would cost them close to nothing). Instead, they want to charge us over $200. I explained that the warranty is on the product not the person. Just like a car--it come with a warranty regardless if you sell it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The product will split and they will try everything to get out of covering it.
