How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Polywood Furniture?

Not easy. Phone number no longer manned so no answer. 3 day turn around on emails false I haven't gotten a response in over a month. Chat feature does not work. What else can you do!

Have tried multiple times and can't get hold of anyone either on the phone or by email... would suggest you look elsewhere for furniture

Absolutely impossible! They never answer their phone, you only get a recorded message!

Almost impossible. When I did get throughtalking weeks hereit was automated and irrelevant and infuriating! Maybe the worst I've ever encountered.

My experience with Polywood customer service (Rosie) had been abysmal. I have been working on ordering and subsequently getting my refund on the order for 6 months now (06/20 - 12/20).

Ordered and paid for outdoor furniture in May 2020. Have corresponded by email repeatedly and keep getting put off. Finally asked for my money back in September. Keep being told it's being referred to Accounting. I've now seen similar reviews. I recommend not sending this company your money. It's clearly crooked.
