I've had several issues always resolved and have been blocked but they have always fixed my issue. I think some of these reviews saying they haven't resolved was due to them not trying hard enough. Close the ticket and try again. I've even had them correct orders that never were received. This is my favorite company I am platinum level

Pitiful

I made an account and enjoyed this service a lot, so I recommended my friend to join. He logged in at my house one time and P2S decided that I made myself 2 accounts, so they banned me. I sent in tickets to support which never helped me. They always just say 'you opened multiple accounts on the same IP or address.' I told them just delete all the accounts recently so I could maybe start over. He immediately closed the ticket without a word. They don't care at all for their 'customers' and neglect their jobs as "Support."
Please do not use this service.

Should be better

Hum many aspects of the site no longer work nor have they for months, when you are waiting on an order that's late and send a ticket you wait and wait and are told it's because p2s is waiting on response from seller which is so untrue as I have had to contact many sellers in amazon and they only have 24 48 hours to respond. So it's indeed lack of quick support from p2s. If you every have a w-9 issue this can take weeks or 1 time for me a month to be fixed so you can withdraw your earnings. That all said they will when they get time fix your issues and you will always receive your ordered items or earnings it's just a matter of if you want to deal with ( when we get to it) mentality. And they have some really friendly Mods and people.

Hello,

We are sorry to hear about your frustrations but hope that changes made since you posted this review will have improved your experiences on the site. We have made improvements to the site and are in the process of making further changes. For example, we have changed servers which resulted in faster load times. Our tech team is working very hard on these improvements and there are more changes on the way. We have also increased the number of support administrators working on support tickets. Tickets regarding account blocks are typically being replied to within 48 hours and most issues are resolvable with a few replies.

However, some issues such as amazon orders can take longer to fix because of the third party communication and the support team are also working on more than one case at a time. It is also important to note that whilst amazon requires sellers to respond within 24 hours to keep a good seller rating/score, not all sellers will adhere to this requirement. Support response times are extremely important and are actively being worked on and continuously improving. In regards, to your W-9 form, you can send that in via support ticket early to prevent future delays.

Literally Horrible

They really did it. They for real blocked my account for something I didn't even do. They accuse you of bullcrap like "Read this message carefully!
- You used a proxy to complete offers or to register your account.
- You logged in from a public location like a library, university or school.
- You logged in too far from the address you have on file with us." like what the hell? I never did. I haven't even gone out. This seems so stupid to ban me the day I was expecting the visa card which I spent some time to aquire. Really sketchy. If this isn't resolved, I might not use this platform like if I can right now. I am also known as Kyle Connor but my username is "KingsManIan" on the platform. Hope they can resolve this.

I hope they see this. My name is Mike E. Points2Shop personally ripped me off for over $320 in referral bonuses as I advertised my referral link on craigslist and had a considerable amount of money on P2S. I received an email saying I can't advertise my referral link and that they weren't going to pay me and they were also banning me. My referrals were legitimate and unique. This company is not good and I'm sure after you get that one free dollar they send you they won't be paying you much more very soon after. I am disappointed as the site is neatly designed and I had high hopes for them and their user base which I warned would be asked to leave P2S and join a competitor which works closely with me after the issue I had with P2S. My leads were mostly people I know personally and the link on craigslist is where I directed them when I asked them to register for P2S and give it a try.

Sorry but I don't like working for free like I did for P2S generating leads.

Points2Shop is actually an amazing site. At first, I thought they would ask for credit cards to verify, etc. No. I signed up, and ordered a prize within five minutes. 5 days later, I have earned almost $20. Definitely worth looking into if you have a lot of free time.

Points2shop is definitely no scam. A member's account is usually credited with payment instantly, provided the offer was completed properly. Upon requesting payout, the order is processed usually within a week. Not only that, but gold-ranked members can also receive instant payments to their Paypal account! Besides being dedicated to making their website effective, trustworthy, and loyal, the staff of Points2shop add an element of fun into the equation. Competitions are held with cash prizes for the winners, and there maintains a healthy social attitude among users on the website. Games can also be played for cash, staking against other players.

I absolutely love this website. Sure it requires a bit of effort on your part but that can be expected when you can get dang near everything, kitchen sink included, for free. Hard work pays off and in a few days you can get enough points to get some nice gift cards or save up for that video game you have always wanted.

As a college student with no job and access to the internet, I thought I would try a couple of reward bonus sites and get some free stuff while I could. I was wary about most of them being legitimate but, I did find a couple that actually work. Points2Shop is definitely my number one choice with higher paying offers that actually make it possible to earn several dollars in a day instead of a couple per week like most other sites. Also, my orders through the site have come through in a very timely manner, arriving within one week of me ordering them.

Wow, these are dreadful. I've had an email form them telling me i have bonus points. Er. I haven't even signed up! Go away, i will not be joining based upon these reviews. Scammers.

I joined points2shop thinking that nothing would come of it. In the last few days I have actually made a bunch of points and already received a code for $10 on itunes. I am 80% of the way too a second giftcard.

I am thrilled with points2shop. If you're looking to earn things by doing surveys and trying products, apps, and programs, then you should definitely check it out.

Points2shop has got to be the best site in the world ive been a member for just under 2 years and have made loads just over $1600 and had 193 free rewards and all of them have been delivered to my house so trust me this site is 100% legit and it works and there is many nice people there aswell to make good friends while you earn free stuff

This one might be for you. Be careful of ban happy sites with a "chat" feature or "too good to be true" feel to them. Chances are they will come with a catch and/or not even work in the end. Do not recommend this site due rather questionable business practices and a bizarre point system. Also, they seem to accuse you of things you didn't do and kick you off at the drop of a hat with no warning. Don't waste your time.

Ok..

I have tried a few of these type of websites apps etc, and found points2shop to be one of the best for earning rewards. The only things stopping me from giving a 5 is that certain rewards are never restocked, I have been waiting over 6 months for the £15 iTunes giftcards to be restocked. When I contacted customer services about it (around 4 months ago) I was told they would look into it and reorder them within a week... It never happened... Also the awful customer service I have received from them time after time sometimes even receiving no response at all :( I am currently waiting for a response to a ticket I sent over 2 months ago that keeps being passed around to different staff members none of which have replied.

Not good at all

When the time for my payment they stop my payment saying why r you watching same video. If watching same video is not allowed why do they did not tell this thing or prevent me to watch by a warning at first place so i won't have to spend time watching favorite videos again and again. However at the time of payment they told this thing and snatched my hard earned gift cards. I hate this site now and will never return. They got their money by my working but did not give me reward.

While it's okay to complete some of the offers multiple times (any offers that allow it), we need to make sure that members aren't always just completing the same offer over and over again. Our terms and conditions do explain the prohibition of completing offers more than once. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend the member’s account, resulting in forfeiture of all earnings for fraudulent behaviour such as completing the same offer multiple times. We are aware many of our users have been experiencing blocks related to inappropriate completion of video’s. We have taken steps to address this issue and have removed some of the walls commonly associated with these blocks.

In cases such as yours our support administrators will offer users a second chance. The money that is deducted from your account is not kept by Point2shop, it is returned to clients as we cannot expect for them to pay for invalid views on their videos. I hope that you will consider returning in the future, if you are still experiencing account issues then our support team will be happy to help you.

Huge scam
March 19, 2014

Huge scam. Every time you get enough points to redeem they put a hold on your account and you have to submit a 'support ticket' and wait 3-5 days to 'verify your identity'. The moderators were 0 help, told me not to expect anything for free.

Best to go to more reputable sites... these people who run points2shop are scum sucking bottom feeders and will not pay you when you finally can cash out! Not worth the effort

But yea, try to even an opinion as "this site didn't work for me" erasing and censoring and hiding it away.

Then after all fails you get that systematic lifeless message, from what was likely a bott.

Compared to the others who were banned before redooming, I joined them yesterday, installed their app, and so far only get 4 points, then be banned today for no reason!
I even have not done any surveys.
On other hand, maybe I should feel lucky.
