I have been blocked and have sent in a ticket with the info and still have heard nothing from them and am getting pi**ed off, seeing as how i have been a member for several years. anyone got any advice?

Answer:

In my experience their actual response times are much longer than they say. It took them three months to give me an answer that even they said was wrong, but still refused to fix the problem. If you are patient and respectful you may get the problem resolved, but maybe not. They are neither competent nor honest, and they have a BBB rating of F, the lowest possible.

I have been using points2shop username from my home computer as well as my work place computer. do you think this will be a problem?

Answer:

I actually had a problem with this site they asked for my photo Id and stuff like that. Do not give them anything they are Crooks. I used the site for months getting points and than i go to login and it says Your account is inactive. Unfortunately all these good reviews are paid by points2shop to sound good.
