Compared to the others who were banned before redooming, I joined them yesterday, installed their app, and so far only get 4 points, then be banned today for no reason!
I even have not done any surveys.
On other hand, maybe I should feel lucky.

Our system and/or admin team blocks users when an infraction of our terms and conditions have been detected. Did you send a support ticket to resolve these issues?
