The first profile I came to was from a distinctly average looking lady who was 38 and she said " I won't respond if you ask me how I am" I was a but surprised as she should be grateful to get any messages nevermind being picky but it sums the site up perfectly

I soon discovered this site is full of crackpots, from women who lie about having a degree in their bio to one's that say they love roadtrips yet can't drive

I noticed that every woman regards herself as a princess/diva who only will accept the best looking man ~ who must be over 6foot tall and be handsome too. The fact these women are 2/10 & have no humour, class and have nothing to offer a relationship seems totally lost on them. It's all about what THEY want. They don't consider a man might not find them attractive. They're deluded and common

Give this site a wide berth, you have no chance of finding a balanced happy nice female. 1 star is too high for it. Full of dregs and social misfits

I paid for 3 months. Last night I was not able to log into my account I tried to reset my password and it would not send me a password reset so I have no access into my account even though I paid for it. I finally found a number for customer service through Google and this gentleman who I could barely understand informed me that he would be happy to help me but he wanted to charge me for it absolutely ridiculous no I have to try and get a refund

I have used pof several times but leave after about a week. I won't pay as I don't believe in it. You should be able to meet people for free. So no, you can't see likes.

If you are a male or female with their life together, meaning job, car, no baby mama drama stay clear of POF. I swear its nothing but people with mental health issues, no social skills, control issues, abusive, insecure, desperate stalkers, the list goes on, i met one guy a total psycho, after one date come to find out he had multiple dui-s and claimed he did nothing wrong the police had it out for him? And had a wife? There are very few decent people on this site anymore as there used to be. Its not for decent people its for creeps, psychos and abusive types. Not to mention the people that use photos from college and high school claiming thats how they look now---SMH, true denial of the insane over there. To anyone reading this, you are better then POF

The Site is functional but the people are not... at all... so sad that technology has taken the humanness out of us. We wonder how people can do certain things it's because of the desensitized nature of us in 2016. Seriously everyone what are we thinking logging on and swiping left or right sending messages that could be better crafted by 3rd graders expecting something positive. No physical or chemical interactions goes against nature. If we were robots online matching would probably rate close to 50% successful but no way is this a viable means of finding love or anything close...

Low quality people who have no clue how to be nice and couldn't care less about creating a good first impression. They're more concerned with telling you they are really independent/don't need a man and how they can't see likes.

It must be all the people from wejustfit or whatever it is coming on here giving it great marks but also using it to promote their site

This site is full of women who think they're brand new Lamborghinis when in fact they're 30 year old Chevvys with rust and due for the scrap yard

The women constantly complain about men only wanting one thing but don't seem to get dressing your main photo as a pouting bikini shot isn't going to get any decent men messaging them

They're all stuck up and seem to think they are way better than they actually are. I hope the internet breaks and then they have to put the hard yards in the real world. No men would waste their time chatting them up in a bar but on the internet they lose touch with reality hence the Lamborghini/Chevvy comparison

Off the bat you could tell several of the profiles on the site were fakes. They featured pictures of beautiful women with incomplete profiles. Profiles that were clearly made to boost up the stats of the site and to make it seem legit.

Now after clearing out the fakes, You are left with some of the worst search results of all time. Trying to find a girl 10 miles from you? Here's one from Vermont. Want to find someone looking for a relationship? Here's one that isn't seeking a relationship of any kind. Which drives another point, Why does a dating site have the option of someone saying they aren't looking for a relationship right now? Sort of flaws the point of being on there doesn't it?

The only way for them to save the site is to remove the clearly fake profiles and to improve the search function of their site. Also, Remove the option of not wanting a relationship. If you don't want one then why are you joining a dating site?

How on earth can this site average 3 stars?

Single mums who put mum down as a job. Can you imagine if a guy put no job?
Women with issues
Men haters
Immature childish women
Rude women
Women that think they're hot when they're nothing of the sort
Very very picky women. Want more than they're offering

Doesn't take genius to work out probably 30x more men that women on here so that makes the women worse

All you people moaning your account disappeared should be grateful. It's a website full of dysfunctionally challenged rude obnoxious stuck up rude unpleasant attention seekers

One final thing lots of women keep saying they're back again. How hard can it be to find a decent guy when they must get 100s messages a day no matter what they look like and unpleasant they are

There was a time when PoF was the dating app of choice, believe it or not, but you wouldn't know it anymore. PoF has done nothing but paywall every possible feature it can, and let hordes of scammers and bots roam the site. Furthermore, they actually implemented an algorithm that gives you matches from fake profiles while you are out of swipes to entice you to buy a membership. Of course, those matches all vanishes within minutes sometimes. PoF is just as scummy as the rest of them. Avoid it for your own peace of mind, you aren't meeting anybody on there.

When you let POF know on your profile that there is crypto scammers in the site, POF will block your account preventing you from logging back in. The error screen is my proof of purchase and scam that they do. Do not go to POF site at all it's a scam from India.

'Dont message me if you are are going to ask how I am' was a common rude headline, another one was 'Dont have meet me so only message' and 'If you're under 5 foot 10 dont bother' I dont get how they can be some damn rude to prospective partners?

Most of them cant even be bothered to fill the profile section out and tell you to 'ask' or they have a huge list of what you must be to just to even send them a message!

Just rename it plenty of single parents and be done with it. Just a massive turn off to see so many women that have a child up with no dad on the scene, they cant all be unlucky, just all made bad life choices. Most arent even divorced so had their children out of wedlock.
