Mr Steven Mcloughlin attended my property to fit a replacement worcester gas boiler. There is not a single complaint that I can think off about his attitude work or competence. A first rate job, give him a pay rise he is worth it.
I was able to make an appointment within a day, they phoned within 30 mins of arrival as promised, two professional people arrived, pleasant and capable plumbers who gave good advice, fixed the problems and left the place clean and tidy again. I submitted a positive review as our plumber, Richard, drove away. Within five minutes we had a floor covered in water, which turned out to be due to an issue unrelated to the original call-out. It was 1800 on Saturday evening. I called back more in hope than expectation. Within five minutes Richard was back and he fixed the issue. We could not be more grateful for the service provided by Plumbing Force. From first contact (lovely Irish guy in the call centre - sorry I don't know your name) to the call from a manager (was it Mark?) keeping us informed and then to Richard, who sorted us out. What was truly impressive was the fact that the charges levied were extremely fair. Frankly we could have been screwed - instead the costs have been a welcome signal of an ethical business approach. As a business owner myself I appreciate this mindset. Well done Plumbing Force. And thank you!
I had a very bad leak coming from the very ancient rising main stop tap coming into my house. The plumber was quite unfazed, did an excellent repair and left everything clean and tidy. Very professional
Simon Welch and his assistant arrived on time all be it the following morning. They were polite and quickly found a broken part in the waste from the sink. They then visited a local plumbing store to get a replacement part, which they fitted and solved the problem all within an hour. They were polite and explained the problem so I could understand and left every thing clean and tidy. Would recommend plumbing force to all my friends.
Expert diagnosis, very efficient, a bit on the pricy side but we needed a rapid response so that is what you pay for.
If we had took more time to look for a local plumber perhaps it could have been half the price

Although they were later than they'd told me due to another job over running they communicated with me and kept me updated. Plumber who came was friendly and got on with the job. Kept me informed of what he was finding and what he was doing. Overall very satisfied with the job so far.
Parts way above actual cost. Included in ridiculous hourly rate is brew and talk time and card details taken before work begins. My invoice arrived by e mail marked 'paid' before I even knew what I had paid. No point in contacting them after as they were quite happy to alienate refuse and contradict rather than fairly engage. Avoid this firm.
Challenging as not quite a scam but very much taking the proverbial. Arrived late after booking. Told one story then tried to charge excessive prices to fix an issue they said was simple. I'll fall short of saying they are disingenuous but their honesty leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid and go local

Boiler problem got worse not better after so called repair which itself felt like it was dragged out. The rudest people I've ever spoken to on the phone of any company I've dealt with too. Patronising and condescending to say the least. This was even worse with the complaint manager! No customer service skills. Only interested in making more money. Never again.
Remarkable incompetence from these crooks. The plumber called out was here no more than 5 minutes, gave the toilet a cursory look and declared there was nothing he could do. We needed to call a second plumbing company out to resolve what turned out to be a remarkably simple issue with professional courtesy. After being alerted to this discrepancy, and being provided evidence, Plumbingforce refused to provide a refund or any compensation. Avoid these guys like the plague- you may as well burn your money.
Justin came within an hour of phoning and not only sorted out the problem but also left all sorts of information I might need for my Grohe shower which is 14 years old. No parts are available now and I thought I would have to buy a new Shower. Justin has fixed it though and given advice about what to do if the problem recurs. So relieved and pleased with the excellent service.

I don't know what I can say to discourage any further customers from using this unprofessional cowboy company? They will promise you someone will turn up, then cancel on you while it is too late and tell you you'll have to pay an emergency call out fee. When you tell them you'll use a different firm they will just casually swear down the phone then 4 days later take additional unauthorised money from your account! Lets hope they read my letter (because complaints and refunds can't be taken over the phone) and actually get my £357 back to me before Christmas... oh and someone else had to fix our leak.
Fast, reliable and very professional. I had a very low water pressure in the taps, called these guys up and they fixed it the next day. It's my second time using them and both times problem was solved quickly with no hassle.
Having been repeatedly let down by our usual plumber to fix a boiler issue at a tenanted property, Plumbing Force were able to get it sorted within 24 hours. Particular thanks to Neil Heelas who I'm told was an incredibly nice and professional guy. It might've cost a little more but hard to put a price on happy (and more importantly warm) tenants.
Called Plumbing Force and I was guaranteed a plumber would visit today between 9-1 pm. They called at 12:40 to say engineer was delayed will be arriving between 2-6 pm. Of course, the engineer never showed up. They took £96 from my credit card. Based in other comments I can see they are used to play with money that is not theirs.
Josh was extremely polite and went the extra mile to identify and fix our issue. We could see damp forming on the kitchen ceiling. The problem wasn't even the plumbing, as we thought at first, but Josh climbed up a ladder and found out that the water was infiltrating through the roof.
Having investigated the toilet for leaks, despite this not being the main problem, Josh identified that there were other issues with the flushing mechanism, which he fixed for us. Very pleased with the quality of the work, and everything was left in a pristine condition. Would use this company again in the future.
Answer: I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.
