Same day service, turned up on time and received a phone call to say the plumber would be here within an hour, the plumber was friendly and explained everything well and fixed my problem under an hour and also gave me some tips for another issue I had with a pipe. 10/10!

The engineer is a fraud
Did not properly check and made incorrect diagnosis of the issue misleading me to agree on replacing the entire panel for the boiler. Not answering relevant questions, being dismissive. I finally did not commision them
And guess what another engineer did the job in 10 min without needing to replace the panel of the boiler. My complaint is still not handled
Used them on an emergency call out as my bathroom had a leak last week. An engineer came and we spent £300 for them to investigate where the problem was and "fixed" it. Yesterday, we noticed that there was still water leaking so called them again. They insisted that for an engineer to come back to look at it again to see if it was their fault in the first place, it would be chargeable! Absolutely awful experience with them, over charge for an incompetent service and ask for more money for their own mistake!

I asked them to fix my dripping tap. The engineer came, did not even bother to look into the tap and suggested the entire tap needs to be replaced: gave me a quote for £340 + Labour! The whole visit was over in 5 minutes - for this "service" they charged me £94.80 (including VAT)!. I had given them my card details, just for completing the booking (this was what they told me). However they simply took this money from my card following the visit.
I replaced the ceramic cartridge myself after this. A cartridge costs just £4 from e-bay! The tap works perfectly fine with no dropping now. I am disputing the charge through my bank now and will follow legal suit if this does not work.
Stay away from this company!
Multi-zone Hive installation- The engineer spent almost 3 hours £356 later for a simple Hive installation. To make matters worse- the ground floor thermostat was controlling upper floors and vice versa. Basic wiring- Rookie mistake. Dedicated a whole day to Plumbing force for a simple Hive install.
The cost was totally outrageous and I wish I had read the reviews on this site before using them,
I called. The plumber turned up hours late. Looked for 5 minutes and told me he'd be back the following day to do the job. He never came back though I rescheduled twice more.
I have now been charged £118 for absolutely no work. I had to give my bank details as part of the booking. Managers won't come to the phone and I was told to email for a refund even though I never had an invoice and no work was done!
Avoid at all costs!
Lee arrived on time and was very helpful in enabling us to decide on a location for a new boiler. He is an experienced professional and inspired confidence that he and another member of the team could carry out the necessary work efficiently.
Nigel and his mate were fantastic. They were professional, skilful, knowledgeable and friendly.
They solved my drainage problem without any fuss and cleared up after them. Reasonable rates as well.
Forget Dyno-Rod ……. Book Plumbing Force instead!

Nigel from Plumbing force came to clear a blocked pipe. Fixed the issue, Polite, quick and tidied up perfectly. Very good communication from the company. Quite pricey but needed the job done quickly and efficiently so happy to pay.
Had a problem with the 3A fuse supply to my Worcester Bosch boiler blowing. An engineer arrived and proceeded to disconnect the main water pump, 3-port valve and other electrical connections to try and isolate the problem. The engineer was unable to find the problem but I was still charged in excess of £500. To make matters worse I believe the engineer also accidently disturbed the rear cold water pipe of the shower pump in the same cupboard as the main water pump etc. causing it to leak, so a couple of days later I notice the living room ceiling has sagged and the fire place wall is also wet. The company claimed they had no liability. Avoid them.
Engineer came out same day to fix the boiler and was all done in 90 mins. We were also having our ceiling done downstairs and he helped fix an issue with one of the pipes hanging low for the plasterers to finish boarding up. He also gave us some tips on looking after our boiler.
I needed a new gas hob installing. PF were able to send a gas-safe engineer within a few hours. Phil was extremely quick and did a great job. Would definitely call on PF again.
Mark was very punctual and professional, replacing the pump and valve, he explained why the commercial units failed within a year, and that previous units had been cobbled together, from old British Gas plumbing.
Plumbing force called at our tenanted property today. Richard was polite punctual and would definitely recommend. Very professional and informative as well. Problem solved and wentvout of his way to explain everything. Thank you
Terrible experience! The only easy bit was to originally book and give them my card details.
It was down hill from then on. Plumber turned up several hours late, left us with a half-baked job (still have no central heating), promised to come back the next day to finish and disappeared! I've had no contact from anyone since and have been dealing with people in the call centre who only try to palm you off. The biscuit definitely goes to Michelle, the Resolutions Manager - the most disagreeable, argumentative and unaccommodating, simply rude, person I have ever spoken to! Truly the right woman for the job.
So what, if they have already taken my money (nearly £200)!

Never use these people. 1-3 hours service is the biggest joke in the world and probably a trade descriptions infringement. They couldn't even manage 1-3 days let alone hours. I cannot even rate their service because they entirely failed to appear when promised - four times in a week. My tenants boiler had broken down in cold weather - no heating, no hot water and a toddler. They strung us along saying someone would be there between 8.00 and 12.00 from Tuesday to Friday and no one ever appeared. They said it was their system, he was on holiday, he was ill etc. They were also very bad at communicating once the appointments were made but of course very quick to take the booking. Luckily a local Corgi registered man took pity on us and solved the problem. Never again.
Cancelled first day then it cost me £230 to say they couldn't fix the problem and quoted over £1000. It was done in less than an hour and £300 by a professional company. Karma will get them hopefully. They must write their own positive reviews.
Attempted to convince us that we needed an £1800 replacement immersion heather and pump but when we refused he miraculously was able to fix it with parts costing £140! Company then overcharged me £540 with an unitemised invoice. As another reviewer has stated, you are required to give credit card details when you book the job leaving them free to steal from you. Would not use again under any circumstances.
Made an appointment for plumbingforce to take out gas fire and make safe whilst modifying hearth, at time of booking i stated i would not be in after arranged time 1pm due to work commitments.
Received call one hour before appointment to say engineer was not available until between 2 and 6, i stated this was not what had been agreed and cancelled appointment, on checking my bank account £94.80 had already been taken out, even though they stated card details were put on hold until engineer left the premises, after acknowledging cancellation they now say it will take 3-5 days before the money will be put back into my account, it took 1 hr for them to take it out so they actually charge upfront, avoid this company like the plague.
Answer: I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.
