Why do you employ the most unfriendly, argumentative person as your Resolutions Manager? Do you just mean to scare unhappy customers away???

I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.

She clearly on a power trip but she is coward. She will text you abuse from a no reply number. Clearly she related to / sleeping with someone in charge because she is completely incompetent at her job.
