Why do you employ the most unfriendly, argumentative person as your resolutions manager? do you just mean to scare unhappy customers away???

Answer:

I have also had the misfortune of dealing with her. Possible she has a borderline personality disorder of some type,,, but whatever, she should never be in a front facing position dealing with customers. In any company. Disaster.
