It is refreshing when you enter a store with little clue about the equipment you need and find that the staff know about their products and can help you pick the one most suitable items for your needs. I have purchased such things as a GoPro, snow attire and boots, and recently a rucksack for business use and have received excellent information on the products and the suitability for what I needed.
