I order 3 time and I received nothing, no one helps no one answer, I try to Phone email and instagram or facebook, no answer! First shipping shipping to NL but I order to Romania
Awful customer service. No sign of goods ordered which were ordered on 13/10 and supposed to arrive on 27/10. Then assured that they would definitely arrive in week commencing 2/11. Still not even been picked from the warehouse. If you have any choice use another supplier. Schoolblazer supply sports kit and are brilliant - slight delays due to Covid but communication is brilliant and nothing like the delays of playerlayer.
Abysmal customer service. Placed my order on 2nd August (P*******) for sons sport kit. There were some labels as part of the order but because these weren't available, Playerlayer held up the rest of the £200 order to save on postage costs (which would have amounted to a few extra pence for the labels). I phoned up today (2nd September) - CustomerService services could give me no clarity whatsoever on when order would be delivered. I asked to speak to her supervisor/manager and was told "there's no point, they'll tell you exactly the same thing as I have", although she did agree the whole thing represented poor customer service. Totally in the dark as to when order will be dispatched/delivered. They know they can treat customers how they like as there is no alternative company to buy the school sport kit from. Absolute shambles of a company. Pathetic.
Love the quality of these leggings, they are a great fit and super comfy too. I use them for sport and also lounging. Would recommend.

The PL leggings are the most comfortable leggings I've ever worn! They stay in place and feel so comfy in to exercise. I also wear them casually in the day as they are so thick and don't go see through like a lot of others.
I love how high waisted they are too, very flattering.
Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a decent pair of black leggings for active wear or just normal daily use.
Ordered several items made from plastic bottles... that blows my mind before we even start! Leggings and other items all amazing quality... great material and great fit! Delivery was super fast and all items arrived in immaculate condition... can't recommend this company enough! These are the most comfortable leggings I own. They are really supportive and the high waist band means that unlike other leggings you don't have to keep yanking them up every 2 seconds. Hard to believe that they are made from recycled material which is such a fantastic idea. Would highly recommend these to anyone into their exercise and also just for active people for day to day wear.
Great quality, you get what you pay for and more! We've ordered for the whole family! Will look to order again, great all round sports kit and casual wear.

Wow, it's fantastic to find sustainable sports clothing, I've got a couple of pairs of the Ecolayer leggings but I've recently bought a sweatshirt and an Eco mid layer. Great service, quick delivery and a really quality product.
The Eco leggings are insane. Best pair of leggings I've ever owned, great service also especially in lockdown!
I don't want to even give 1 star for this company. The online purchase is not user-friendly. Ordered and reordered for 6 times, all were cancelled. When I checked with them, I was told that there was inactivity and no payment was made for each order, where in fact I did key-in my card details and click the submit payment button. Then, I had a terrible experience with their customer service. Slow in replying email (if they even bother to reply), and had to keep following-up on a simple email query. My first email on the issue was sent early Feb 2020 and until now the issue is not resolved.
The product came more than a month after the expected delivery date. Very disappointing. Customer service was awful aswell
Needed Wales Exile items for a game. Product not available for ages - when it did come on-line despite being promised it would be actioned as urgent - nothing. Chased up - promised it would be delivered on Wednesday (day needed!) - now Saturday - just informed won't be here until Monday! Unless I had to - wouldn't use/buy from them EVER!
No words can describe how angry and appalled I am at this company. My team placed an order for ice hockey jerseys in late November of 2018, and we only received the jerseys in late March 2019. That would have been fine and we would have been happy to just receive them before our National matches. However our jerseys, which arrived in individual packaging, turned out to be M O U L D Y. As in, our new jerseys arrived with GREEN MOULD on them. Although there were a handful which were fresh and unaffected, most of the other jerseys were not so lucky. We had one white jersey which was so bad that the whole thing was green.
This is utterly revolting and definitely against our consumer rights. I am fuming that I, alongside my teammates, had to pay around £65 for a product which took months to arrive, and in such a despicable state. I can not comprehend how and why universities and other organisations are continuing to collab with this poor company which clearly cannot handle their workload. If you are looking to work with this company, I suggest you don't.
The customer service was simply appalling. I can not believe that universities use this company. When asking about my order the basically attacked me as the customer saying like 'we're trying we're' disgraceful.
Just sooooo slow. Submitted an order that was not for a club or team. But they still said it was in a queue to be embroidered. Requested they just send it plain but would not.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you found your experience with placing your web order for your sports kit with us unsatisfactory. We have this year had challenges with our warehouse provider however the majority of our orders are being dispatched on time. We also have had specific product delays due to the impacts of Covid and we must apologise for any inconvenience caused.
