Abysmal customer service. Placed my order on 2nd August (P*******) for sons sport kit. There were some labels as part of the order but because these weren't available, Playerlayer held up the rest of the £200 order to save on postage costs (which would have amounted to a few extra pence for the labels). I phoned up today (2nd September) - CustomerService services could give me no clarity whatsoever on when order would be delivered. I asked to speak to her supervisor/manager and was told "there's no point, they'll tell you exactly the same thing as I have", although she did agree the whole thing represented poor customer service. Totally in the dark as to when order will be dispatched/delivered. They know they can treat customers how they like as there is no alternative company to buy the school sport kit from. Absolute shambles of a company. Pathetic.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you found your experience with placing your web order for your sports kit with us unsatisfactory. We have this year had challenges with our warehouse provider however the majority of our orders are being dispatched on time. We also have had specific product delays due to the impacts of Covid and we must apologise for any inconvenience caused.
