No words can describe how angry and appalled I am at this company. My team placed an order for ice hockey jerseys in late November of 2018, and we only received the jerseys in late March 2019. That would have been fine and we would have been happy to just receive them before our National matches. However our jerseys, which arrived in individual packaging, turned out to be M O U L D Y. As in, our new jerseys arrived with GREEN MOULD on them. Although there were a handful which were fresh and unaffected, most of the other jerseys were not so lucky. We had one white jersey which was so bad that the whole thing was green.

This is utterly revolting and definitely against our consumer rights. I am fuming that I, alongside my teammates, had to pay around £65 for a product which took months to arrive, and in such a despicable state. I can not comprehend how and why universities and other organisations are continuing to collab with this poor company which clearly cannot handle their workload. If you are looking to work with this company, I suggest you don't.
