Fast services if u use skrill or bitcoin

Good website if you use skrill or bitcoin, i would avoid using cards or google pay as they took 3 hours to try to verify me with like 15 different pictures before i canceled on them

This site used to be good in the past, however, the payment verification process has gotten out of hand. All payments are required to be "verified," which requires pictures of your bank statement (they can't be cropped, meaning you must show all your personal purchases), pictures of your bank card (which requires digital editing to remove personal information), and additional pictures of yourself and your ID.

Honestly, the whole verification process is VERY risky and requires buyers to potentially send sensitive information over email.

Not only that, but they VERY often reject your verification due to random issues (I don't want to send a non cropped photo of my bank statement - which contains personal information nobody should send over email. I provided a bank statement which includes my name and the purchase from PlayerAuctions, but apparently this wasn't sufficient).

I've made a purchase from this website in the past and got accepted through the verification process after emailing back and forth for more than 3 days, however, they require you to go through this process AGAIN even if you had made a purchase in the past.

I have money taken from my account, but am unable to contact them in order to receive a refund. My order is stuck in Payment Verification and there is no option to cancel it.

Thank you for taking the time to explain the whole situation and I apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced. I was able to check and the reason you are being asked for the verification this time again is because our system spotted multiple accounts/logins from your location. As policy, we can only allow 1 account per user/household, so the verification data is being collected as a way to compare that with the other login data we're receiving.

The reason we also have this is because we need to step up our efforts to combat the rising trends in fraud; we are sorry for the hassle it's causing, but we only aim to verify payments correctly and validate the user identities behind them.

Your canceled payment is scheduled for a refund already, it was already voided when you placed and canceled the order. This processing time is with payment providers, not PlayerAuctions, but rest assured this is an automatic process. Please feel free to contact your provider to expedite this.

The seller himself actually responded extremely promptly. Unfortunately, the PlayerAuctions support team is garbage and made this such an unbearable experience I could not even get through it with them to receive my order.

Poor sellers on this site. I wouldn't bother working for them, they are doing you a disservice and losing you money with their terrible customer service.

FRAUD AVOID!

Fraud. ColludeS with seller to defraud buyers. Avoid!

Bought fifa 21 account, seller put origin account under my email. It was working for 5 days until payment is released, then the login no longer works LOL. And guess what, the origin account is no longer on my email! I cant request password change and login just stopped working. I went through the dispute system, provided screenshot of login not working. All seller said was I verbally abused him, and Im lying for whatever reason they think im lying for. The guy in charge of the dispute ruled in favor of seller, with no explanation.

Seller on the day of the purchase:"Ok i provided the account details. Also I don't know for sure if that's the correct password, but you can change it because the account is now on your email."

5days later I request pw reset, no reset came to my email address. LOL

This is seller defense, without any proof

"he literaly provided a screenshot with log in not working with the same password that i told him :)) ) It's obvious that he changed the password and did this just to try to get his money back. I mean who doesn't change the password of an account they bought from someone else :)) . He provided no proof. And i have no time to answer him."

I had to buy insurance for this purchase because the seller has review calling scam. Check the review screenshot. That neymar 1.3M account is same one I bought LOL, they defrauded 2 people within 2 weeks with one account.

Even though I bought insurance against fraud, they still wouldn't refund me. You tell me what kind of company is PA.

Guess someone working at PA doesn't know how origin works. Or complete scum like I said in the title.

I bought 2 accounts within 2 weeks with PA, both got reclaimed. They will say sorry this was mistake blablala, in fact this is their business model hoping you are too lazy to deal with it, I guess most people are too lazy. Buy game from DEV DIRECTLY!

PlayerAuctions provides a simplistic, direct interface of which to provide a platform for both sellers and buyers with plenty of purchasing options, an expansive marketplace with unique arrays of virtual items, and incorporated reviews to assess each buyer's individual credibility. The site is updated frequently, and transactions are transparent while manageable. Product movement is quick, but replaced frequently. All in all, the website is a pleasure to use.

Went to buy things for $30, they asked for sooo much personal information, it's absolutely disgusting, and to my knowledge, illegal.

This is what they wanted.
1) photo of your ID.
2. Selfie while holding your card and ID beside you. Your face must not be blocked and should be clearly identifiable.
3. Photos of my cards used for the purchase
4. Bank proof of a screen shot the whole page showing the payment details for this order.

As for the process itself, we need to validate identities and authorization for the payment; even other payment portals ask the same. We never share your info and they are treated professionally and confidentially — they are only used for verification.

You may use Skrill Bank Transfer or crypto currency in case you'd like to try buying again.

I TRIED PURCHASING 2 ACCOUNTS AND THE WEBSITE SAID IT FAILED THE PAYMENT. HOWEVER, MY CARD LOST ITS MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING

Rest assured, you're not being scammed. The funds you paid us were declined so it will have to be refunded by your payment provider, who needs time to clear and authorize the funds back, hence the 2-5 business day processing. Sorry for the confusion with this.

The staff team takes forever to reply to messages even when we paying a hefty fee for thier service, my account was suspended due to violation of posting discord, they told me to contact back and i did still no reply.

Bought an account that was reclaimed by the original owner and the owner still posted the same exact offer on their site i told the staff and seems like no one gives a $#*! about it.

Overall never recommending this site again.

I sold my fortnite account on this site for 120$, fees took 20$ but i don't complain about that. Then i have 100$ left in my balance and i cant withdraw it. Whenever i'm trying to change disbursement account i set up skrill payment name and mail address. Then i receive verification code and write it down. After i submit it's still same old disbursement account and withdraw button isn't working. (its black). I contacted support 2 months ago and ticket is still open, they reply rarely and if they reply it doesn't help with anything. Very terrible support

Always had successful orders on this site. I did have an account compromised at one point and they were kind enough to refund this back - they could've quite easily decided against this... so very much appreciated from a customer point of view which has actually led to me spending more on the website.

I would prefer to give them a negative 5 star but that is not an option. I have spent 8 days trying to finish processing a transaction with them. I have used Player Auction since 2008 but they have changed. They asked for specific documentation which I provided on six different days but it was never to their liking. They want no scanned documents only pictures. No pictures from cell phone only from your desktop computer. Too much white in the back ground of the image. So I crop out the white and then they say no cropped images. Then they want higher pixilations. Sadly I will no longer be using them. I have cancelled my transaction and am very disappointed with their customer service. There needs to be a phone number and Chat options rather than back and forth through email. All they do is send the same repetitive responses back to me rather than resolving the issues they are causing.

Thank you for explaining the details of your concern, and I'm sorry if you had inconveniences with your payment processing.

I was able to check on your ticket and the reason for the requests is as follow:

- We need payment receipts to be in screenshot form and in not in camera picture form because these are directly taken from a website
- We need pictures to be in high resolution and in clear copies because we need to see the details written in ID pictures clearly
- We have this in place because we need to eliminate any instances of photo manipulation in order to make documents as legitimate and as valid as possible

As for the cropping, this depends and in your case, your picture and the ID essentially needs to be still in full view. Cropping is ok as long as these requirements are still followed. In some instances, very much related to your case, the pictures can look too bright and we couldn't make out the details in the pic. I'm sorry and I hope this explains it.

I have never in my life felt more scam vibes from a company. They allow you to pay with things like Apple Pay or PayPal then email you on your personal email, not the on web messaging to request ludicrous documents such as your photo ID with your address, an electric bill, your bank screenshot, your credit card photo and more. I've done some research and they seem legit, but they make it almost impossible to trust them with their super sketchy practices. My transaction never finished by the way. I wasn't about to send a picture of my bank account. Ridiculous.

The canceled order will be fully and automatically refunded back to you. As for why we ask the documents: we have this in place to validate the identity of our users and to fully authorize the payment. Your documents are only used for verification and they are treated confidentially; there are never shared outside of PlayerAuctions.

We respect your decision not to send them over. If you'd like to try buying again without going through this process, please use crypto currency or Skrill Bank Transfer as your payment, since both methods no longer require verification on our end.

Thank you for sending the list of order IDs for us to check.

Your payments were declined since there were security issues with the orders you've placed at the time before. You should be able to pay again using your payment account. All declined orders are automatically refunded back to the user and your last payment was dated October 2 — you should already have the refunds for that.

As for "thieves who steal your money", I'm afraid this is heavily defamatory, Nima. Checking your account history, you've had many successful payments last September with us when you started purchasing from PlayerAuctions. You even had several disputes where PlayerAuctions served to protect you by refunding you back. As you can see, you have experienced our legitimate services.

Started purchasing an account from these guys 5 days ago. Did their verification and things seemed to be going smooth, then the seller never responded so I cancelled the order (not sure if ill get that refund back or not yet, they haven't been clear even though I've sent screenshots that the seller was outside his delivery time) So I like the idea of the website so I figured id try a different account. Completed their verification last night on an instant delivery ticket and they now cant seem to get back with me. They also changed the ticket to a new one instead of just responding with the account information then and there. But they were very prompt at responding before my final verification went through. Feels very scammy the way they are going about this so I will probably be out about 500$ but if not I will update and let you guys know.

EDIT: They have now reached out and made things right. It appears my refund is being processed for the first account and they have finally authorized my second purchase. I enjoy their service very much and really hope they can work on their customer service. Its already scary buying things online so they really need to look at their communication. Other then the response time issues I had with them I'm overall happy that the sale went through.
