Started purchasing an account from these guys 5 days ago. Did their verification and things seemed to be going smooth, then the seller never responded so I cancelled the order (not sure if ill get that refund back or not yet, they haven't been clear even though I've sent screenshots that the seller was outside his delivery time) So I like the idea of the website so I figured id try a different account. Completed their verification last night on an instant delivery ticket and they now cant seem to get back with me. They also changed the ticket to a new one instead of just responding with the account information then and there. But they were very prompt at responding before my final verification went through. Feels very scammy the way they are going about this so I will probably be out about 500$ but if not I will update and let you guys know.
EDIT: They have now reached out and made things right. It appears my refund is being processed for the first account and they have finally authorized my second purchase. I enjoy their service very much and really hope they can work on their customer service. Its already scary buying things online so they really need to look at their communication. Other then the response time issues I had with them I'm overall happy that the sale went through.
