They take your money and cancel your order. You contact support they always send the same message about risk and everything, then they ask you to use crypto... Very unreliable service.

I am currently going through their so-called verification process where they ask for a selfie of you with your ID next to your face as well as your card used for the purchase, a picture of your bank transaction, and the last 4 digits of the card being used. Well I provided all of that information to * sent it well over 30 minutes ago and still no response. I have messaged the zen helpdesk 3 other times past that and still have no response. This website has some terrible customer service and unreal expectations. When taking a selfie the ID gets mirrored and they want it so the information is not reversed but when you take a selfie with your ID its automatically reversed and they won't verify you until you can make the impossible happen. Prior to this purchase I had it up and cancelled the order and once they released the money back to me they only gave me 51$ out of the 58$ that was taken out of my account and I never received anything that I bought. I definitely recommend anyone to DO NOT USE this website for purchases unless you are ready to send them all of your information and then have them take their sweet time getting back to you if they even do. Currently, I am sitting in verification pending even though I sent over al lof the documents requested by * and still waiting I been going through the process almost 2 hours now.
EDIT: Sent another piece of verification about 45 mins ago and still going through the process. Responses take forever from the compliance team * and
* seem to be their compliance team who take their sweet time to get stuff done. Keep in mind the last order I cancelled because it says if it takes longer than 20 mins cancel it redo the order I only got 51.00$ back out of the 58.00$ I tried to spend. Now I am scared to cancel my order in fear of being charged for something I never received. Even if I finish this order and receive my product I will not be editing the review as it all stands true every word of it.

Purchased an OW account, had it for about 10 days before it was taken back by the seller and I lost everything. Contacted support, they refused to help me because "the transaction was completed", sent a chargeback through paypal and they banned me from PlayerAuctions for it lol. They'll do anything to make sure they keep your money, even if you get scammed in the process.
Beware! I got scammed of a WoW classic account i have bought from a person called "Exogenesis14". I am in hopes of Playerauctions to do the right thing and refund me as this is the first time i have had a bad experience. I have bought gold before and it had good experience but this one was really bad.
Not making another purchase on playerauctions until this is solved!

Their payment verification is worthless. One order my payment verifies and goes through fine but try to make any more purchases and they all failed. I was only able to make 4 successful purchases before I gave up on this site. Too secure if you ask me to the detriment of their consumers. I contacted their support all they could say was well that is just the way it is go make a bitcoin account. $#*! off.

This is a security and safeguarding process to 1) avoid your game account from potential banning, and 2) as a security process on our site to ensure purchases are being made as duplicates.

Spent $300usd on an account and it was taken back by the seller along with my $200 in-game currency. Also found the account being resold, so I created a dispute as I purchased the 1 year warranty when I got the account. The dispute was then closed and they took the aide of the seller so i am out everything. I bought a RS account using their site with their own insurance, however a week after buying the account it got reclaimed. I've sent multiple pieces of proof, however they just ignored me once I did.

I have been using this site since 2017 and I think this will be the last time I ever use them.
Since they upgraded their "payment risk" system, I've been having issues making a purchase. Personally I feel it's just a money grab on their part to force users to use cryptocurrency. I have only purchased items for 1 game, using the same credit card for the last 3 years and now suddenly I'm deemed a "risk".
Why not just be honest and say you want only cryptocurrency? It's extremely frustrating to have your orders constantly denied.
Here's a suggestion. Please remove all other payment options in the site if it's not going to work 100% of the time. You're essentially lying to the public about your acceptance of payment systems.
