I have now provided Player Auctions with the necessary proof in an effort to get the transaction moving forward, Still there seems to be issues with the information I provided. The payment has been transferred from my bank and I used Google pay which I have used several times before with no issues. Why now do I find myself struggling to get the transaction completed. This is by far the worst online purchase experience I have had. Please stay away and save yourselves the headache and frustration.

I have used their services multiple times and all have been delivered same day. However, there are some serious risks associated with purchasing from PlayerAuctions (and I suppose any competing service). First, on your first purchase they want for you to take screenshots of your online CC account showing your account number and the proof of purchase. Be sure to redact all but the last 4 digits of your account/CC number and any part of the URL that is unique to your account. Second, shortly after receiving my last delivery i receive an in game chat stating to visit 'AccountWarcraft.com' else my account will be suspended. A quick 'WhoIs' shows this domain name is owned by someone/thing in China. So, basically the people that I just did a transaction with tried to phish me into logging into a bogus site with my WoW account credentials. I don't think this is PlayerAuctions fault but how do I trust purchasing through them again?

First off, I'm glad to see you order went through smoothly; your seller is one of our upstanding members. As for the payment information customers send us, I'd like to verify a few things.
We go through this process to be able to validate the customer's identity and his/her authorization of the payment being made. Both are important in order to comply with our anti-fraud/anti-theft policies. The documents and information customers send us are used for verification purposes only; they are treated confidentially and are never shared outside of PlayerAuctions. Further, they are kept in encrypted servers and as an additional measure, all of these info/documents are periodically wiped, and this is why we ask customers for the same after some time. Given the nature and anonymity of online transactions, this method is our own time-proven way to efficiently ensure the security of payments made at PlayerAuctions.
We also make it a point to inform users to cover the credit card number and to only show the last 4 digits, since our desire with this is to validate that the owner is in possession of the actual card.
The person/party who contacted you in-game, as you've said, is not connected with PlayerAuctions. Unfortunately, these are prevalent sellers in online games who "directly market" their services to basically anyone inside the game. Sadly, they resort to concerning threats such as informing people that they will get banned, etc. to coerce people to buy from them. The fact of the matter is that whether you received your game account from our sellers or not, at some point in time, these people will still be able to contact you in the game. Your WoW account credentials are not in danger.

It was the first time i used this platform and in my first buy i almost got scammed... they send me information for the account after their player gaurdain failed to detect the account doesn't exist... immediately opened a dispute and takes 3 days after escalation for the team to take over and anothor 3 days for them to let me know what they decide.
Damn that a week om my life gone to waste because of poor and bad service and i dont even know if they are going to refund me...

Terrible company. I gave an honest review about the company and they tried to report it saying they do not believe it is genuine. I have sent in proof that I was a customer and used their service and they are horrible.

I have had some problems with extra charges and not getting a refund but all in all it is a great place to buy accounts IF you choose a seller that sends the information instantly.
You also must make sure the listing isn't taken already or else you'll have to go through a head mess to get your payment back because it gets taken even though the listing has been sold already.

They don't give you any reason for why the order was closed!
Instead of verifying our user accounts like other reputable sites, they have some sort of risk assessment system in place that basically just takes you money and closes the order.
None of the other payment options work,
G-pay comes up with random errors
Apple-pay comes up with a link that cant be used.
Their resolution/ help center say go buy crypto currency and pay with that!
So basically they only want to be payed so their is no paper trail.
Use at you own risk!

Crypto is only offered as a solution for users wanting to skip verification, since crypto already has their own verification process from their end. In your case, however, I wouldn't recommend trying on the same order and if you'd like to purchase again, my advice is to try after a few days but from a different seller and preferrably, one with a lower price point.

Payment failed 3 times, but charged me 3 times. It clearly says 'payment failed' so i kept trying differemt method, and it eventually charged me 3 times without ANY notification, receipt nor confirmation. I sent a ticket to confirm my 3 payments are in the process of refund, but NO RESPONSE FOR 5 DAYS NOW. I cant believe this website charges you saying "payment failed" and does not notify you anything that they took the money out WHEN PAYMENT IS FAILED, and not responding my ticket over 5 days. Tommorow is 5th business days as they promised in the website, and if i dont get my $5000 USD back OR any response to my ticket tommorow, they are against their policy and im going to file this with my bank. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and this is a CLEARLY A SCAM because they take your money and hold it for a week without any notification, and you will miss your deal too!

While I've had a decent experience purchasing accounts, I have been facing a lot of trouble getting a refund. The team seems to ignore my messages and I even tried to reach out to their support system but last received their reply on 9th June. While they say the refund has been done, they are not providing any proof apart from the transaction ID. It has been an unbearable experience and a daunting task to keep begging for the money you paid.

I have used this site for years... recently I tried to use it again but since i moved they blocked my payment because the addresses dont match... like we are not allowed to move? Then you send in all the verification stuff they ask and you get stuck waiting what seems like years for a response... so the hell with their site. They will never receive another penny from me... also they like to make you wait for your funds to return to you.

Tried to use player auctions to an summoners war account, they keep failing my payments due to no reason. Tried to talk with compliance team, they never answered why my payments failed, just asked me to use crypto as payment, but when I tried with crypto the transaction never approved. SCAMMERS!
