While the experience of depositing skins for cash out has been really easy (obviously), the payout process is a different ball game altogether.
I had requested 2 payouts on 14th June and 15th June respectively. They had an ETA of 28th June and 29th June respectively.
However, the same has not even been dispatched yet (9th July). The payout status still shows as pending.
Until the ETA arrived, there was no sign of delay in the website. However, as the dates arrived, the following message arrived as well - "Payouts may be delayed. We are experiencing a significant increase in volume. Sorry for the inconvenience."
What's even more disheartening is the lack of support staff and the ACTUAL support is just too poor.
I request you all to stay away from this website and not face the issues that I am currently facing.

PS - Just to waste your time and to buy some for their own evil good, they'll ask nonsensical questions like
"Hey, what is the email address for your lootbear account"
If you're a support staff, this is the basic information that you need to have. I have logged in the website with the same email ID. It is an obvious delaying tactic and I extremely loathe such behavior.
Shame on you, Lootbear. Shame on you.
