The seller himself actually responded extremely promptly. Unfortunately, the PlayerAuctions support team is garbage and made this such an unbearable experience I could not even get through it with them to receive my order.
Poor sellers on this site. I wouldn't bother working for them, they are doing you a disservice and losing you money with their terrible customer service.
I'm sorry for the concern you had with our payment processing. I'm afraid the documents you sent didn't pass our requirements and since you've canceled the order now, the refund will be processed in 2-5 business days. This isn't instant, I'm afraid, and payment providers require 2-5 business days to clear the funds back to you.
