Went to the live chat to get a plug in I had just bought to work. They were able to get me up and running within 10 mins if that!
Can't go wrong with getting your video plug-ins from this site as well as any help you might need.
These products always crash. I have purchased one plugging I need to let them know it is not longer working at all. Very sorry for this review but in this occasion this product made my work had a bad consequence. Tried to contact them, and they never replied.

I was reading online about issues people have been having with their plugins working correctly after downloading, and I ran into the same issue. Customer service helped me file the problem quickly, and I am ready to go. Plug ins are fairly priced, and I encourage more people doubting to give pixel films studio a chance to show what they can provide to your workflow.

You can pretty much drag and play in your timeline, but what I don't like the most is that when updates come, you'll see a lot of red screen and it can be annoying as you have to delay your project and update everything. With all that though, they have a great chat support can help you fix it.

I have around 12 plugins in the last 2 months awesome though I wish they would improve the installer tried downloading and it says limit reached and I didn't even get download then it says installed but can't find it in FCP. They are prompt with customer service though and most of my problems have been solved ultimately.

I use a variety of plug ins and apps for FCPX, but none of them crash my projects and FCPX like Pixel Film Studios. Every time Mac or FCPX has an update, it is days & hours wasted with projects crashing, installing, re-installing, waiting on customer support etc. The app runs slow, but the main issue is how hard it crashes the FCPX app, no other app or plug in does that for me.

Pixel Film Studios has the best plug-ins and effects for Final Cut Pro X. I use them on almost every project and they make my content more effective no matter what video I'm making. The best part about them is their customer service. Any time I have a question they are quick to answer and are super helpful.

The plug ins are very easy to use, they are very intuitive and your videos look great.
It helps you speed up the video editing work. There are some plugs that require a lot of ram memory, they can be slow to load but it's not a big problem.
I highly recommend Pixel Film Studios.

Had problems with my plug-ins not showing up or not working properly. They have quite a few solutions posted on their sites, but none worked. Logged in the chat and spend around an hour with me, trying to figure out what was going on (including a folder that seemed to have disappeared from my Library). They were very patient and helpful and now everything is working fine.

I had a problem with missing font lists and Colin sent it right over, the whole problem solved in under 5 minutes. Great stuff. Great products, easy to use and they we're very helpful. I tried to purchase software for three consecutive days, using various payment options (PayPal, credit cards, debit card). I was rejected every time.
I sent TWO messages requesting help using their online form and they never communicated with me. Then I tried to call them during business hours and there was only a message saying "for faster service send an email", which they never replied to.
I don't know if they are even in business. They suck.

I had a very difficult issue that needed resolving with graphics not working properly. After trying the most likely resolutions, I was guided by the PixelFilmStudios rep to go further into the computer to see if the problem was at my end. Sure enough we found a disabled "Font Book". I would have never thought to look there. I am very grateful for the kind and expert guidance I received from the PixelStudio representative.

The customer service was very good! I had an issue with a plugin not working properly after installation. I upgraded my mac from Big Sur to Monterey and all my pixel effects stopped working (red screen). I contacted the support team at pixel.
