Pixel film studios will always be my number one go to Final Cut Pro X plug-in provider. Their prices are very good and their products always make my videos look 10x better than without them. Highly recommend!
I would have got in contact with the help desk on about 10 occasions seeking help in install and upgrading pixel film products, and then also technical questions when i have struggled work out an a feature. Every time i have got a reply in 24 hours, and they are genuinely happy to help and have fixed the issues each time in one email. Sensational. After purchasing these three packages from PixelFilmStudios, I am on Mac Mojave (10. 14. 6) and FCPX versions 10. 4. 10. Simply the included installers with the purchase would not install correctly into FCPX with the included installer. After contacting these folks, they sent me a mojave installer. Under their direction as to where to put it before installing, they successfully guided me to the proper place, with the proper steps, and then everything works just great. Really a good job. That did take awhile but the technician guiding me through their procedure was patients and great to work with. AND, they solved the problem. These three packages are wonderful for video work... I recommend them highly! Dave

I was reading online about issues people have been having with their plugins working correctly after downloading, and I ran into the same issue. The plug-ins are really good and useful and then the customer service makes sure everything works great for you: you can ask them for help before buying and they would even make you a demo so you see what you are buying (that's exactly what Alex did for me today when I was doubting on which plug-in was better for the project I am working in now). I am so glad I found them. I give them a 10!

Pixel Film Studios makes some of the best plugins for FCP. I had my first problem installing a new plugin, and I used their chat system. My concerns quickly faded and I was all fixed within 10 minutes. Super nice support and an easy solution!

Had a problem with installing ProPuppet with macOS system Monterey. I went on a chat line and I was promptly serviced with some quick fixes. I've been purchasing plugins from Pixel Films Studios for a while now and like all software, issues are bound to happen from time to time. Recently I've upgraded computers and needed to migrate my plugins, I have to say that technical support team has been stellar at providing great service when implementation issues came up. (Problem presented when the plugins moved to a different place in the library) With newly purchased plugins they were at the ready to fix downloading and installations issues as well. Definitely, these products are part of my go to arsenal to complete projects. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't get my plug-in to work properly and had not used it for almost a year before asking for help with the issue. I figured since I'd been working with final cut for over 4 years that if I couldn't fix the issue on my own, then there was no fixing it. I bought two product from PFS and was not satisfied with one of them. I contacted the support and they refunded it within minutes. The other product is great. So you don't have to worry if you thinking about buying a plug-in our software.

Apart from the price performance for PFS products, the support is world class. Answers and assistance are super fast and easy and understandable even for non-professionals. Couldn't get Karaoke plugin to work in Final Cut Pro X. Bummer. My Mac needed some tech help to get it to work. All fixed in seven minutes or less with the help of their Customer Service Chat. I have bought several products from PixelFilm Studios and have been very happy with my purchases. Recently, I had a little bit of trouble trying to download and install an update to my Freeze Frame plugin. For some reason, it just wasn't loading. I contacted PixelFilm Studios via the chat feature on their website. As it was a Sunday, an automated message told me that an agent would get back to me on Monday. Much to my delight, however, I received an email within five minutes with detailed instructions, a new download link, and some very kind words too. My plugin was back online and working in a couple of minutes, which meant I could finish my work on time (and with an awesome effect included too). Excellent service!

I have been coming to PixelFilmStudios for many years. Their plug-ins are always easy to install and work
Seamlessly with FCP X. Whether it's Graphics or Effects, they always seem to have what I need. Now I see they offer updates on the products. Even better! Their customer service, either on the phone or via live-chat is terrific. I ordered something that was discounted a few days later, they were happy to refund me the discounted price!
