Had an issue with installation and red screen errors after I transferred to a new Mac. Getting hold of the Live Agent to Chat was tricky as I'm in the UK...so had to wait until they all got to work Pacific Time. But, once I got an agent online, they were AMAZING. Walked me through everything step by step and helped me until it was done.
The Product itself is good. I'm hoping I don't get any more red screen errors (probably my bad not theirs) but otherwise it's great. I got the Cartoon Mega Pack. Would love some more of the same as there are often not enough options/designs etc. but it is what it is. Easy to use and looks good.
The tech support was very helpful in getting my plugins to work again, love the wide range of plug ins they offer can be a bit touchy with functionality with new computer updates but overall great place to get software

PFS Auto tracker 3D is the best plug tool for fcpx! Not only elevate all promo video quality but save tons of your time, very easy to use! (even without any tutorial, no tutorial video on youtube yet) highly recommended!

I've been using Pixel Film Studio plugins for nearly 5 years now and I continue to come back for more. Their plugins work great and almost all of them are M1 compatible. Which is great for me as I work only with apple computers and software. I would love to see more Christmas themes like the PFS Christmas Eve. Love the 3D candle video style. I have used many of these plugins in my music videos.

All these different plug in makers look cool when you see them on Youtube or facebook but if you need customer support, man that is when the game begins. Pixel has amazing customer support to go with their plug-ins. To me, that is what separate thems.

After downloading the Travel Postcard plugin for Final Cut Pro for a family vacation video and following the plugin installation, I had difficulty in getting the plugin to actually work (red box). Downloaded pixel glow brush, and thought I installed it wrong. Turned out I didn't have my mac folders organized well. The customer service was able to help me through the whole process and in no time i had my plug in working. Fast responses, and great easy to follow instructions.
