I edit professionally for a youtube channel that is pretty popular in its specific niche. I bought a massive titles pack so that I could up the production quality for the channel. It had tons of really great looking title templates that all have a nice amount of customizability. Admittedly there are occasional bugs with them but in my experience that's just kinda the way it goes with plugins. Usually I am able to sort it out myself but for a couple tricky ones I have reached out to customer service and I am very happy with how helpful and responsive they are. Have not had an issue yet that we weren't able to solve in 10 mins or less.

I have also browsed their larger catalogue of products. It's massive and I want to try out a few more of them. Motion tracking titles, etc.

Awesome products that have helped me tremendously! I use the wedding titles regularly for video work and projection. Fantastic and beautiful designs, highly recommended!

I have been really pleased with my Pixel Film Studio purchases. I write music and wanted some cool effects to make my music videos more interesting and modern. I found many plugins on the site that will do just the job. You do need to invest some time in making the plugins work, mainly by watching YouTube video guides or through experimentation but you do get a big pay off. Overall, really pleased and will purchase again.

This plugin is affordable however creates quality and easy to use will delivering animated visuals to help capture the audience attention. Thank you Pixel Films for making my job easier.

Needed help with install/issues on new M1 Chip MacBook for ProAnimation 2 which i couldn't figure out how to fix myself. So I decided to reach out to them on chat. I have to say... Outstanding Customer Service. I was walked through every step to take and they had the issue resolved within minutes. Just on this alone they will be my first choice for Final Cut plugins going forward. Thanks again for your help.

I was reading online about issues people have been having with their plugins working correctly after downloading, and I ran into the same issue. Customer service helped me file the problem quickly, and I am ready to go. Plug ins are fairly priced, and I encourage more people doubting to give pixel films studio a chance to show what they can provide to your workflow.

I have about 7 plug-ins from Pixel Film Studios and there are about 50 more that I would love to get! The have all been easy to use and do exactly what they say they do. A couple times I have had to contact customer support and they have been very prompt and very helpful.

Since last few years, I buy many products at this store. And I'm very satisfied with these products. Because, There are very reasonable price, and very professional working! And, Customer service is really fast and helpful :) Oh, there is one thing more. If you buy a product, Then they update for free! It's very nice to me.

The plug-ins are really good and useful and then the customer service makes sure everything works great for you: you can ask them for help before buying and they would even make you a demo so you see what you are buying (that's exactly what Alex did for me today when I was doubting on which plug-in was better for the project I am working in now). I am so glad I found them. I give them a 10!

After installing ProKaraoke, I launched FCPX, I saw all the effects of ProKaraoke were there. But when I move the cursor over the effect, all I can see is the red background with the big letter "T" and the yellow exclamation mark on the lower left corner of the letter T. Contacted agent via chat. Got the quick help to resolve my issue: Create the missing folder for the plugin as shown in this path: Macintosh HD/Library/Plug-Ins/FxPlug/. Reinstalled and everything worked perfectly as expected. The Pixel Support agent is helpful and knowledge. Thank you.

After nearly pulling out all of my hair in anger and frustration at trying to install my many plugins purchased from PFS, I had to phone a friend for help. Chloe, a customer service agent from PFS came to the rescue and manually took control of my computer to install things a bit differently than I had been attempting. Needless to say, I went from getting red title missing screens, to everything working perfectly thanks to her help. After about 3 hours of installing on my own, and an hour of her fixing it, my project came back to life. Thank you Chloe, thank you PFS team, put me on a subscription plan for the new PFS app because anything is worth not having these install headaches anymore! YOU GUYS ROCK Thank you

For my vacation drone shots i really like the glitch transitions and titles of pixelfilm. They are easy to handle and add to the timeline of FCPX. Shopping them and downloading them everytime again is a great feature, if your pc is reseted or you got a new pc. Really enjoying Pixelfilmstudios!

My projects look more professional, and I enjoy using the plugins daily, and my customers go crazy for the short films I produce. FCPX plug-in ecosphere has many options... but Pixel Film Studios ranks among the highest for me. They have a wide variety of products, and a very exhaustive FAQ and video help library to get you going. As new Mac OS's have evolved, security and privacy issues have caused some to have some trouble with installs, getting plugs to appear in libraries, etc. This has happened to me on a couple of occasions. Recognizing that every developer has some responsibilities to keep up with Apple's changes in the OS, Pixel Film is diligent and efficient when it comes to maintaining their entire library of offerings, and the help chat has made it clear to me that they care about their customers. Big thumbs up!
