I purchased plugins before they were updated to the M1 version, and I had some errors right away when they updated the plugins to my system. I was happy with the support I received back then. But I noticed that the problems are coming back, and I often have issues with their plugins. The recent case is that I'm receiving errors "plugins not responding" while exporting videos, especially at the end of the export process (and the exported video contains a red screen). It's frustrating! Those plugins stop working randomly and updating them doesn't help. Of course, the remaining downloads disappear when you want to re-download the plugin. I can't rely on those plugins anymore. I barely use those plugins due to the red screens I'm receiving. I have the newest version of FCP and Mac OS so it's not a problem with my computer or software. PixelFilmStudios don't want to return the money (they have a short return policy), even tho their plugins do not work for a month so far. Go to other providers; with PixelFilmStudios is a waste of your money and time while trying to figure out why the plugins don't work.
