I just had the best support experience, a chat could offer! After long hours of trying to figure a problem out, I got fast help. I tried to Keyframe the Mask for one of Pixelfilm-Studios Transitions, but it just wouldn't work. They did everything to recreate the problem and understood the issues I had. Although it took a while to solve it, the person on the other side really did everything I could expect to resolve the issue.
Pixel film studios is an amazing place to get the finest FCPX plugins. Most importantly their support is amazing, I had numerous issues and the chat support was extremely patient in helping me resolve my issues. 10/10 would defo recommend.

The customer service person in the chat was AMAZING and definitely went above and beyond to help me solve the issue. I was getting an error in FCPX that wouldn't allow the brush glow to work and i was patiently guided through the whole process and wound up not only fixing the problem, but fixing any future problems of similar nature and also learning a lot about my computer and gained some new skills in the process. I bought several plugins from Pixel Films Studio these last years and I go from disappointment to disappointment: programs complicated to use or too heavy, many bugs, final cut does not find the files from Motion Template... I recently bought "Propuppet" online... users had so many problems with this plugin that they finally created a second and "better" version... The first version doesn't work (can't activate the keys) and the second version can't be recognized by the system... Well, considering the price (USD 17.-), you shouldn't expect much... So, I threw this version in the trash and I bought the equivalent version proposed by MotionVFX and it works very well. This is the last program I buy from Pixel Films Studio.

This company has a very large selection of top quality plugins for FCPX. They work to update these plugins and release the updates at no cost to the purchaser. I use their plugins regularly in my projects. On the odd occasion, I've had to contact them and they have offered quick support to the point of resolution. Pixel Film is also very active on social media and is committed to helping their user-base get the most out of FCPX. They've got a very informative series of tutorials over on YouTube that helps to understand the intricacies of FinalCut.

I had an issue with an installation app of the plugin I bought on PixelFilmStudios, it said it was corrupted. I tried to redownload it for 3 times and nothing changed but I wrote to Support and they asked for screenshots and then told me to try again with another browser so it worked! And after that they reseted my downloadings so now I have 5 downloads remaining. Support team help me in a 3 minutes and it took 10 second to receive their answer! THANK YOU!

I have around 12 plugins in the last 2 months awesome though I wish they would improve the installer tried downloading and it says limit reached and I didn't even get download then it says installed but can't find it in FCP. They are prompt with customer service though and most of my problems have been solved ultimately.

I hate to pile on with yet another bad review but I really hate poor customer support when you buy software that is clearly problematic. We have used a few of the tools from PFS in the past with good results, so when we loaded our beefy MacPro editing deck with the PFS 3D Corporate set we expected it to work fine. After install, the new tools took over the processor capacity and bogged the entire machine down to a slow, stuttering unusable mess and when we quit FCPX the problem stopped. After the usual restart, re-install... still same problem. I asked for help from the PFS team with one unhelpful email reply in three days. Ugh. Something tells me that applying for a refund will be an issue too. I agree with the others, time to avoid these clowns. Besides, their CC billing option on their site no longer works and you must use PayPal. I should have known better.
