The Ai video upscaling in this app is amazing, great options and fantastic output. Customer service goes above and beyond to solve any issues you may have. I've had no software issues, but they quickly corrected an issue with licensing caused on my end, but they solved it quickly and got me back up and running right away.

The video enhancer seemed useful so I purchased it. However, I tried multiple settings and, while it did change the video, it definitely did not improve it. Be warned, it just makes the videos look extremely artificial. I asked for a refund and ended up going back-and-forth where HitPaw tried everything but give me a refund. I eventually managed to get 50% back from them. What a complete waste of money. You can see why they don't want to give a full free trial version - nobody would buy it! BE WARNED!

I had a project that required upscaling many images so I could get large banners printed from some really low quality photos, this program was the only one that did it for me without making the images look plastic. I was sure I would have to outlay a lot more for some other well-known programs but their demos didn't give me any confidence in their ability. In the end I purchased this and I've not had any buyer's remorse. It's also been recently updated, and new features added. I like software that is always being improved on. The support team are quick to respond to queries also which is rare.

This is a cheating company, I bought the product above to try to enhance a Ring video, but it did nothing, no change in quality, unable to identify the person, you will never differentiate between the original and the enhanced. In the trial period, they offered 30% off a product that I paid $99 for and it did not work, we went back a forward, and they never offered a full refund. Please don't waste your money or your time. This automatic renewal occurs without prior notification to the customer, depriving them of the opportunity to decide whether to renew or not. I initially subscribed to their service for one month to use one of their programs. However, I was surprised to find that my subscription was automatically renewed for $73 the following month without my consent.

Upon contacting HitPaw to cancel the subscription, as I did not want it and had not used their program, HitPaw refused my request. They cited their Rules and Conditions, stating that they do not accept this reason for issuing a refund. Essentially, this indicates that if you fail to cancel your previous subscription, HitPaw will exploit this to its advantage and take your money against your wishes.

This conduct is unacceptable for any reputable company. The foundation of providing any service should be based on customer acceptance and satisfaction. I caution you against doing business with HitPaw, given their manipulative tactics.

Its background remover is delightful to use, and adjusting some basic settings are easy on photo, clipper and the speed on editting is higher than most of its contenders. Its advanced retouch on airbrush leaves something to be desired with respect to various customization. Though it isn't as awesome as you might think, it works excellently for overall retouching.
Compared with other photo editor, it has a high score in using interface, editing speed and function.
