I just purchased FCPX along with PixelFilmStudio Looks Suite yesterday. I downloaded the Looks Suite and tried dragging the Lut's (color grading tool) onto my timeline clip. Well, it gave me a red screen error on every tool in the package. I submitted a ticket to live support and they walked me through every step, with very patient support! They even refunded one of the five provided downloads available. As a young adult, they cooperated with me the best they could. I searched everywhere on youtube and reddit to find out that all of the processes on those platforms were way too long and incorrect. To the guy/girl who helped me, thank you partner!

I'm truly blown away by the incredible amount of effects this company has for FCPX! Every week I download more and more! I use them for fun videos for the family and also profession work videos. The agent at Pixel Film Studios was GREAT! Over the years, I have purchased over 3 dozens Pixle Film Studios. I noticed this past Friday that some of these plugins were now not working after an upgrade of Final Cut Pro. The agent at PFS was very patient. The agent took me step-by-step including showing me screenshots of the procedure. We needed to perform 2 sets of steps, but we got all the problem plugins working.

For my vacation drone shots i really like the glitch transitions and titles of pixelfilm. They are easy to handle and add to the timeline of FCPX. Shopping them and downloading them everytime again is a great feature, if your pc is reseted or you got a new pc. Really enjoying Pixelfilmstudios!

Not much support it took all day to load and understand how to get it to work but then i have only been using FCPX for 3 years it seems FCPX has caught up maybe even surpassed, mostly annoyed by constant marketing. Save your money
There have been several updates to this plugin since your purchase. Please update the plugin using the pfsInstaller ASAP. Also, make sure you're running the latest version of Final Cut Pro X.

I saw a bunch of reviews online for this Glow Brush plugin. It was the first plugin I actually paid for and I was nervous yet excited. Initially it didn't work and I was pretty nervous, but then I contacted customer support and got it sorted quickly.
Some of the controls weren't showing up and I wasn't able to use the full functionality of the plugin, but customer support quickly showed me how to fix this, including screenshots and fast responses.

I struggled all day trying to search the internet for an answer, tried everything and failed. I tried the Autobot on the PixelFilms website as it was out of hours. I got a response within 2 hours giving me a code to find the files and asked to send a screenshot. I now accessed LIVECHAT and just attached the screenshot and was given the answer immediately.
I followed the instructions and my problem was solved - time 2 minutes!

I myself have been using fcpx for almost a month and I have been completely sold there, I still used filmora9 for that, but it did have some moments. If you use fcpx you sometimes have the feeling that you have paid for this it is so good. You can also choose from more than a hundred plugins with which you can edit very cool things, I myself have the brush glow plugin and I have already posted my first edit on Instagram. Pixel film studio always responds if you have a question about something and they ensure that we are increasingly motivated in terms of updates. I intend to take the auto tracker plugin, I also want to say that fcpx works fast and so far has had no lag with me. Do not know how to do something, go to the pixel movie studio YouTube channel where they upload tutorials daily. I myself do not have the most professional stuff to film with, but I think if you do your best and show discipline that you can always take a step forward. Thank you for reading and stay creative
