I ordered the resin necklaces and despite taking a bit long they did arrive, also our postal services are bit slow which also doesn't help. I am pleased with the product, you get what you pay for as they say. Prompt email responses from Pioneerrevival which helps to ease the nerves. If you are ordering as a gift for someone on a tight schedule, ensure you allow for sufficient time to place your order (+-3 months is safe waiting time).

They now do NOT respond to me at all and have stolen hundreds of dollars.
Pure thieves. I've gone ahead and reported them to the bank and consumer protection. Please do the same as well so they're shut down.
So I ordered 40 different wood and resin necklaces.
After 4 months of waiting, I received nothing. (Total price was 450 dollars). I emailed them and they apologized and said that they would like the opportunity to send the items but needed around a Month. Two months later, after not getting anything I email them. They say that they would like to send the items again. I say no thanks give me my money back. They reply saying, well thenitems arrived in your country, go check the post office. So I did. I spent 2 hours trying to get people to help. They finally did find the package BUT it was a tiny back with TWO necklaces in it! And one of them wasnt even the right color! Ive emailed them asking for my money back and no response yet.
Let me tell you how their game works. They charge you for a product. Try to delay as long as possible (so that charge backs arent possible). After the first complaint (since they dont send you anything), they actually do send something, but only just a fraction of your order. Their goal is to just have a tracking number to show you they sent something.
They then hope it gets lost so they can say they can do nothing for you. Or if you actually get it, they say whoops it was a mistake, please wait another couple of months for another shipment.
This is their scam. Take your money. Delay giving you the item. Hope you give up or forget.
Corrupted company.
Ordered two pair of sunglasses on June 3. Was told 11-18 business days, so June 28 at the latest. Never received anything. Contacted customer support multiple times, and each time received an automated response. Was told the order is on its way but there is no way for them or me to track it. The company will not even answer my calls.
Complete scam. Perhaps if I post the contact number for Pioneer Revival and Jason Otenski, someone will be able to get through.

Giving your email to people and telling them that you will handle it personally is more of a tactic to keep these people at bay. I have sent my order number and provided you with all the details your automated email asks for. Your company has already proven to be incompetent, citing "Weather Problems" as a less than insufficient excuse. Now it's proving to be something worse than incompetent.
I order from them 3 weeks ago, I notice the delay of fabrication so no problem for me at this point. Thanks to this review website because I found the Gmail address of PioneerRevival. I wrote them an email to ask when, and 2 days later they refund me on Paypal. So... It's not so bad... People should give a chance to them and not be too mad when they ask them where are their product.

I decided against my better judgment to give this "business" the benefit of the doubt, and ordered their Enchanted Forest Wood Resin Necklace and the "Clouds" Wood Resin Necklace.
I have not received these products, and the customer service is quite abysmal, to say the least. If this company was literally comprised of a room of several hipsters too strung out on LSD to run the business, I'd be less than shocked. Unfortunately, the waiting on customer support response has extended beyond the 30-day period I had to even file for refund.

I order item a month ago. And in the next day they said they have shipped the item, so i wait. Yesterday they send email to me with the tracking number, so i check for my necklace in tracking website and it said they just shipped my item 3 days ago(One month after i have order my necklace). So they've lied to me all 1 month that the item is on the way. So i will wait to see my necklace, if it arrive or not. And i will update for you guys

I completely forgot I ordered a necklace from this company. After a month I emailed them with a pretty kind reply saying it was delayed. Then I forgot about it again for it to come in the mail today. Its a nice item but I do not suggest if you want it soon.

My daughter ordered a necklace more than 3 weeks ago, and only got a confirmation mail. No shipment confirmation and no tracking code. Reading the reviews I think I will advise her to cancel the payment with PayPal.
Update:
After sending an email to Jason O. We got a reply very soon, and Jason offered to return the money, and also ship the necklace. The money showed up in PayPal the same day.

I did not receive it for over 7 weeks and when I contacted the support team I was just told to wait and that I would not get a refund for their $#*! service.
After complaining about it even further I was met with "leave us a 5 star review for 25 dollars off your next order".
Don't waste your time and money on this website or their products.
I ordered two watches. They showed up about 2 months late. One was completely shattered. I have been emailing them for about 8 months now trying to get my money back or another watch. They were responsive at first and told me they were sending a new one, but they never did. They eventually stopped emailing me back.
I have had the same issue as the other people. No one responds to inquiries. They immediately charged my card, but they over charged me and will not answer my questions. I've been waitin 11 days for a response after several attempts to make contact. Their refund policy only gives you 30 days from the time you place your order to return the product, but it's likely the items will not come within that 30 days, or that anyone would even respond to you to give it to you. Be very careful.

I placed my order in mid-August, and now its almost December and Im still waiting.
All their customer service is capable of doing is dodging the topic of a refund and working really hard to solve nothing.
Terribly unprofessional, if not a bunch of outright liars. Will never order from here again.
UPDATE: This is an edited review of Pioneer Revival. Here are the facts: It took a month and a half to receive only one out of the three items I ordered. The item I received was the resin necklace, and the items I didn't receive were two watches. It's been three months now and I've accepted long ago that I'll never receive them. I didn't have package tracking for the first 4 weeks. When package tracking started working, it was very unintuitive The fact that not all the packages leave from the same place along with the fact that tracking doesn't track all your packages made this service more trouble than it was worth. It's not all bad though, although the good nowhere near makes up for the bad. But to be fair, here are the positives: 1) Customer service - although really short staffed - was always very kind and responded in what seemed like a timely manner considering all the complaints they must have been receiving. 2) I was contacted directly by the owner and offered a full refund for my whole purchase for my troubles. With that in mind, I have to retract my previous statement of calling the business a scam. As far as reviews for the products themselves, the resin necklace was of good quality. Unfortunately, it's a little too small in my opinion and comes with a pre-tied string that wouldn't fit over a child's head - I really don't know why. The only solution is to cut off the string and fit it with one of your own. All in all, It's unfortunate to see such a good concept killed by the business's product distribution method. Hopefully they improve.

If this company was a bunch of hipsters failing miserably at capitalism due to their ludicrous ideals based on being "different" then it would make sense that they would be so incompetent to not have a team dedicated to warehouse work. Its been over a month since I got a "your order has been shipped" some faulty tracking number that doesn't work for China post and a $#*!ty automated e-mail saying it's gonna be "delayed" delivery of 7-10 business day bull crap excuse. Seriously, if it's already shipped what's the delay? Disputing through PayPal, taking legal action. Pathetic parasites living off working people.

Customer Service has been excellent in their communication and commitment to satisfaction for the client. I requested a refund as the package had not arrived in a little over a month. I was promptly refunded. I received the package a few days later. I informed CS so that I can pay for the order once more but was told to keep the product and thanked for my honesty. The order took over a month to arrive but it was definitely worth the wait. The necklaces ordered are beautiful and match the description/photos from the website. Would definitely buy from Pioneer again.

In all honesty the product I had ordered ("precious" wood resin necklace) is really well-made, and appears long lasting too. It looks good, feels good, feels like great value for money. However it took 2 months for my order to come through, ordered on the 6th August came on the 11th October, and at one point I did forget that I had ordered it. Whether this is a reflection of PR themselves or the manufacturing to delivery in China that PR uses, it took a long time so I strongly advise do not purchase it assuming it will come on time for any particular event. All being said, the product is what it says it is and met my expectations.
At first I was upset with the delayed shipping, but the owner reached out to me and apologized for the delay and offered some compensation. It seems the company is just having a hard time keeping up with demand as some of their products are hand made. They have cool stuff, just be prepared to wait longer than usual.

I purchased their wood resin necklace as a birthday gift, and it's really nice! When I had first ordered, it was on impulse, and later that night when I'd checked the reviews of the site - dread washed over me. All the negative reviews saying they never heard back or got the item made me really anxious - so I was quick to email customer service and claimed it was a mistake - but they'd already started making it so I allowed them to continue (if I lost 15$, I could get PayPal to refund my money back; it's not a big deal to me). It took one month for my item to arrive (not surprising, the manufacturing happens in China, and I'm in America) but it was worth the wait! Customer service and I emailed back and forth about 10 times - they were consistent and quick, never taking longer than a day to reply (at most, two days - max). The quality is nice, and since it's hand-made it feels a bit more special and individual since no one has an exact copy of it.
So yeah! I really loved my experience at this shop. Ignore all the negative reviews - I have no idea what they did, but I know I received my item. In case you're still sketchy about the site - just pay with a PayPal account. You can get refunded via PayPal claims if you never receive your item. I'm including my emails with Pioneer Revival so you know I'm not some paid liar.
Tip for consumers:
- Pay with PayPal if you're that worried about this "scam", so that you can get refunded if anything goes wrong.
- Email Pioneer Revival from the get-go, if you're that worried about the package.
- Make sure to check consistently, you'll get updated when the package is shipped (but not when it's delivered so... be attentive) I could check my shipping number via 17track.net but that's all in Chinese... so translate the package at the corner where it says target language.
