I placed my order in mid-August, and now its almost December and Im still waiting.
All their customer service is capable of doing is dodging the topic of a refund and working really hard to solve nothing.
Terribly unprofessional, if not a bunch of outright liars. Will never order from here again.
I've been waiting for almost 3 months and i haven't received my order. They stole you out until the 60 days mark( after 60 days you can't cancel the payment) after that they answer only with automated answers. They gave me a tracking number but it doesn't show any GEO location.
Ordered two pair of sunglasses on June 3. Was told 11-18 business days, so June 28 at the latest. Never received anything. Contacted customer support multiple times, and each time received an automated response. Was told the order is on its way but there is no way for them or me to track it. The company will not even answer my calls.
Complete scam. Perhaps if I post the contact number for Pioneer Revival and Jason Otenski, someone will be able to get through.
I ordered two watches. They showed up about 2 months late. One was completely shattered. I have been emailing them for about 8 months now trying to get my money back or another watch. They were responsive at first and told me they were sending a new one, but they never did. They eventually stopped emailing me back.
I ordered 3 resin necklaces on September 4th... It is the end of November now and the product is nowhere to be seen. I started to contact their customer service around mid-November and always receive the same default reply blaming my local postal office or tropical storms around the world... When I couldn't take it anymore, I asked for a refund. They replied asking my shipping information again rather than the method to receive a refund. This is highly unacceptable. A product that is promised to arrive in 14-18 business days is delayed to 85+ days. Please avoid purchasing from this site for your own good.
I ordered the resin necklaces and despite taking a bit long they did arrive, also our postal services are bit slow which also doesn't help. I am pleased with the product, you get what you pay for as they say. Prompt email responses from Pioneerrevival which helps to ease the nerves. If you are ordering as a gift for someone on a tight schedule, ensure you allow for sufficient time to place your order (+-3 months is safe waiting time).
Order a product, as describe it will arrive within 1 month. Didn't turn up, therefore I contact the support line, they refuse to provide tracking information, and just ask to wait, after another month of waiting, i got kinda annoy, so i ask for a refund from the support line and Jason. Did manage to get the refund at the end. But find the whole thing completely waste of time and effort. I would say the worst part is the support line, just completely useless, this is the first time, i order product online and they just refuse to provide tracking information. I don't think i will ever order product from them.
Customer Service has been excellent in their communication and commitment to satisfaction for the client. I requested a refund as the package had not arrived in a little over a month. I was promptly refunded. I received the package a few days later. I informed CS so that I can pay for the order once more but was told to keep the product and thanked for my honesty. The order took over a month to arrive but it was definitely worth the wait. The necklaces ordered are beautiful and match the description/photos from the website. Would definitely buy from Pioneer again.
The missing star is only for the long time to receive the product, I bought one 'Pioneer' Watch and the time to receive it is about a month. The product is really similar to the photos on the site. I find this product amazing, I'm really happy!
I have an order from MEXICO, the Purchase order was did in September 21, and i dont have any track guide, email or information about my purchase. I bought various resin/wood necklaces, the order is #*******.
I Need my money back ASAP, it was only a waste of time. Now, the site is "under maintenance", and the facebook page is not still working.
I made my purchase on sept. 8th and I finally received my purchase on November 17th. It took more than two months for it to arrive.The quality of the resin necklace isn't even worth the price. It looks and feels cheap. I also ordered 3 necklaces only two came in.
The order arrived with a delay of a month, but the company is very reliable, in fact they reply very soon to emails and take care of costumers problems. They even sent me another order for free to apologize for the delay.

If this company was a bunch of hipsters failing miserably at capitalism due to their ludicrous ideals based on being "different" then it would make sense that they would be so incompetent to not have a team dedicated to warehouse work. Its been over a month since I got a "your order has been shipped" some faulty tracking number that doesn't work for China post and a $#*!ty automated e-mail saying it's gonna be "delayed" delivery of 7-10 business day bull crap excuse. Seriously, if it's already shipped what's the delay? Disputing through PayPal, taking legal action. Pathetic parasites living off working people.
Ordered resin necklaces 6 weeks ago - tracking number provided but nothing received and tracking number cannot be traced. Website suggests legit/maybe out of USA - but is just a front as they ship direct from China.

Ordered an item two months ago. Emailed their customer service, all I got was an email saying my item might be delayed and that it was already been sent.
Without even giving me a tracking number.
This is by far, the worst experience I've had buying an item online. You can't prove to me that the item is delivered when a tracking number isn't even provided. Am I supposed to trust words only?
Bottom line is, stay away. Use PayPal because then only through them can you get a refund. I'm willing to wait one more month before I apply for a refund. That's only because I'm a patient person.

Saw on Instagram and it looked ok, ordered three necklaces, and see that it can take up to 4 weeks, only received email to thank me for my order, can't track, nor have any updates been sent to me, but I've paid for the goods. Should I hold out for the items? Or are they not coming at all? I'm not hopeful after seeing either the reviews nor the replies

I ordered an item express from these guys, it set me back over $50!
I did not receive it for over 7 weeks and when I contacted the support team I was just told to wait and that I would not get a refund for their $#*! service.
After complaining about it even further I was met with "leave us a 5 star review for 25 dollars off your next order".
Don't waste your time and money on this website or their products.

Giving your email to people and telling them that you will handle it personally is more of a tactic to keep these people at bay. I have sent my order number and provided you with all the details your automated email asks for. Your company has already proven to be incompetent, citing "Weather Problems" as a less than insufficient excuse. Now it's proving to be something worse than incompetent.

I placed an order for a Resin necklace because it looked really pretty. It has been a month and I have not received the order. When asking about tracking, they provided me with a number that does not work. Do not waste your time, as customer service is terrible.
