Order still hasn't come

I ordered a wood resin necklace over a moth ago, and the estimated shipping time was 11-18 days, I email and never get any confirmation back about my order, this company is a complete scam.

I paid for a pair of sunglasses and a watch over TWO MONTHS ago and never even received my order... This business is either some sort of scam or an absolute joke. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I want my money back for the items I never received! And what's with the random Chinese tracking number that doesn't even work!? Absolute joke.

I ordered two wood resin necklaces from this website last August and after 3 months of delays they told me it would arrive within last week or get a refund. The necklace did not come so I email for a refund and they now ARE NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAILS. NO TRACKING NUMBER, NO UPDATES, NO REPLIES.

They used to reply then once you ask for the refund they don't reply anymore.

Do not order from this site. They just rob you of your money and don't have the decency to reply to emails once they could not deliver on their promises.

I ordered two watches three months ago and I never received them. I contacted them by email to find out when I was going to receive my package. They confirmed me that I will have it within a week and that if I don't receive it, I could have a refund. Two weeks after I still have not received the package so I ask for a refund and coincidentally they don't answer me anymore. NEVER BUY THERE, DO NOT ENCOURAGE THIS COMPANY

Same story as the others.

EDIT: I still haven't gotten my email but the CEO seemed to be actually sorry and gave me a refund. For that I will increase their rating by 1 star. If I see something on their website where they actually warn their customers BEFORE buying about the long wait time then I will raise by another star. If not it will stay at 2.

I will say that my order has shipped and I have a tracking number but I ordered on July 30th and Its been 6 week and still no necklace. The thing is if they had just put a big banner on their website that said "Due to increase demand shipping times are much longer than expected" Then I would have been ok with it. Because then I agreed to it. However, no such thing has been put on their site. Their site doesn't even mention it once. This makes me think that they would rather just keep collecting the money than focus on the consumer experience. Their greed will be their downfall. I understand back orders, but you know what a respectable website does? They put a little thing over the "Add to Cart" feature that says "This item is backordered, click here to be notified when item is back in stock". Nope, no level of trust here, no thought of infrastructure, no thought of the consumer, just themselves.

It also shows that pioneer revival has stopped responding to messages. They piss of their customers and run away when the masses turns against them they seem. They took got success at the hands of their customers, not a sustainable business model.

Completely UNNACCEPTABLE
November 24, 2017

I placed an order on August 2nd. It is November 24th. I have yet to receive my order. The items I ordered were gifts for various loved ones whose birthdays have all long gone. After a month had passed from my initial order, I indicated to the customer service that I had since moved from my apartment to a new location. They then guaranteed me that I would receive the package in 3-5 business days. After that they offered to reship everything "free of charge" as a response to my asking for a refund. As if they were doing me a favour of some sort. I appreciated the gesture as first, updated my shipping address and was hoping that this time it would go smoothly. After countless bull$#*!, indirect excuses and reassurances that I would receive my package by the next week or 3-5 business days I still have not gotten my shipment. They have consistently ignored answering my questions pertaining my order and have failed to provide me with a tracking number even though they claim that the items are "in my country and on the way"

It all seems like a scam and it seems like they are avoiding refunding me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I placed an order in July 2017. It is now close to February 2018. After one month of waiting, I asked what was up. They said my package just reached my destination country. One month goes by again. They said the tropical storms are delaying my package. The only problem? I live in California. They're based in California. Their warehouses are in China. What do the tropical storms near Puerto Rico have to do with my package? I asked for a refund. They said they can't give me a refund because my package is on its way. This is around September 2017. October 2017? Nothing. I complain again, and I finally get a package in November 2017. I GOT ALL THE WRONG ITEMS. The package was also postmarked for late October 2017. They LIED to me that my package was sent back in August/September. They could have given me a refund. I complained that I got the wrong items, so they said they would send me my correct items. I told them I want a tracking number. They said it's unavailable. I called them out on their lie. By end of December, I received nothing again. They said my package was on its way. They then said that my package probably got lost, so they can send me out a new package. I asked for the tracking number of the "lost" package before they sent out a new one. They sent me the tracking number of the ORIGINAL package that had the wrong contents. I called them out on their lies and said to send me a tracking number for the new package that they will send out to me. They said they sent the new package but no tracking number is available because they're updating their systems (which is the same excuse they gave me back in September 2017). It is now close to February 2018, and I do not have my products that I ordered.

The weather this summer has definitely tested our shipping system and has left many orders either lost or delayed. The shipping system is now back working properly. Although, any customers that experienced the shipping delays are receiving full compensation for the issues.

Just like everyone else I have not received my order or really ANY information after a month of ordering. Thats my biggest problem with this site. Its understandable that things happen and can delay shipment or whatever but to NOT inform your customers thats just bad business! Its your responsibility to keep people informed if I had received an email stating the issue that would have been fine because then at least I wouldnt be left in the dark about someone taking my money and not getting my item! Also dont send out an email saying my shipment has been sent when it hasnt! Two days after my order I got the confirmation saying a shipment was on the way but no tracking number only to realize that was utter crap! Its such a shame to cuz their products are really beautiful and they could do so well but the customer service is just absolutely terrible! Keep your customers in the loop, update you website to reflect the high demand and delays and maybe you wont have a 1 star rating! I see the owner has been commenting on reviews but what about the customers who dont review? How are they suppose to know whats going on if they dont look at sites like this and they shouldnt have to!
