I ordered a necklace for my best friend for his birthday. When I ordered it, it was a week before his birthday (July 29th to be exact). I read that it would take 2-4 weeks for delivery (which is to be expected coming internationally. However, it has now been TWO MONTHS since ordering and he still has no birthday present! I have been in contact with pioneer revival via email and it's the same bull$#*! answer. They send me a "tracking number" then I click on it and it's all in Chinese. I used a translator to see what it says and they aren't even words! I demanded a refund and they said since I already ordered it, they can't issue one. I said to keep the necklace and they STILL won't issue a refund. I demanded a customer service number and NOTHING. I am now in the process of speaking with my lawyer to take down this website and sue the company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Not even a higher up would talk to me about this. Give it a week, because I'm coming after this company for every dime they owe me!

After 42 days my necklace finally came, but it was the wrong one. I ordered a organic and got a joyfull. Im waiting for their response.
