I have sent them some mails, no answer.

It has been more than one month since I placed my order and I have never received a tracking number and the order is still not here and my local post office does not have it.

This company has no contact information other than email and cannot provide quality service.

I have had the same issue as the other people. No one responds to inquiries. They immediately charged my card, but they over charged me and will not answer my questions. I've been waitin 11 days for a response after several attempts to make contact. Their refund policy only gives you 30 days from the time you place your order to return the product, but it's likely the items will not come within that 30 days, or that anyone would even respond to you to give it to you. Be very careful.

I wrote an email complaining to pioneer revival and got a quick reply. They gave me a refund and said the necklace would come in a week. It's been 2 weeks and the necklace has not come yet. At least I got my money back.

I really liked the resin necklaces so i bought 2 of them. I got an email saying that my order is on the way, but that was 3 weeks ago. I've tried the tracking number contained in that email multiple times on a lot of different websites and all of them say the number doesn't exist. I recommend you do not use this site because it will not give you your package. I can't even get in contact with someone to get a refund as payment was done on the site. Don't buy from this website, it's 100% a scam.

Worth the wait

In all honesty the product I had ordered ("precious" wood resin necklace) is really well-made, and appears long lasting too. It looks good, feels good, feels like great value for money. However it took 2 months for my order to come through, ordered on the 6th August came on the 11th October, and at one point I did forget that I had ordered it. Whether this is a reflection of PR themselves or the manufacturing to delivery in China that PR uses, it took a long time so I strongly advise do not purchase it assuming it will come on time for any particular event. All being said, the product is what it says it is and met my expectations.

Poor service

I buy 2 watches on July 27th. I never received them. I am still waiting for an answer frome the seller but it look like he don't want to answer me at all. They take the money from my bank but never send the order. Do not buy there! I have not receive my refund yet!

I love what I received! Although there was at first a confusion about the order, Pioneerrevival helped me receive the item I ordered. The waiting time is terrible. Tracking is nonexistent. Terrible customer service as it is automated. No actual contact or type of remediation has been done to bring me back to full as my credit card was already charged.

-The law-

The federal Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Trade Regulation Rule requires stores to ship telephone, mail, fax, and Internet orders within 30 days. If the merchant promises an earlier shipment date, it must meet that deadline. If the retailer has a reasonable basis for not getting your order out on time, it must obtain your consent to the delay. And if you don't respond or consent, the merchant must issue a refund. Merchants have more time50 days instead of 30to make the shipment if you're also applying for credit.

I will be pursuing some legal action if not made full in reasonable time.

I purchased my product from this website on June 1,2017, understanding that the order might take a while to complete, as I am a citizen of an EU country. The order was confirmed on the same day and the money drawn from my bank account.

After the 11-18 business days that Pioneerrevival asks that their customers allow for the order to be shipped, I contacted them by email, asking whether there was any news regarding my order.

In their response, they simply repeated that creating and shipping the product would take 11-18 business days.

More than a month later, my order tracking page simply reads that my order is "getting ready" and that I should check back for updates.

As of yet, Pioneerrevival has succeeded only in taking my money and I have nothing to show for it.

I disadvise anyone from purchasing anything from their website.

I ordered two necklaces and it said it would come in two weeks. Big Freakin lie as it ended up taking almost two months, however, I ended up getting my product and was actually impressed. They both seem to have good quality and do like them. It just took really really long.

Pioneer Revival SUPER SCAM

After seeing the ad on Instagram - LIke Many - I purchased multiple pieces from this website on September 1,2017, understanding that the order might take a while to complete. The order was confirmed on the same day and the money drawn from my bank account.

After the 11-18 business days that Pioneerrevival asks that their customers allow for the order to be shipped, I contacted them by email, asking whether there was any news regarding my order. With the generic email, they simply repeated it would take 11-18 BUSINESS days to process and then be shipped.
I looked up their refund policy - refund allowed within 30 days of purchase.
I emailed requesting immediate refund /cancellation of order - i got another automated email stating they cant cancel my order because it has shipped... however i have NOT recieved ANY shipping notifications, tracking numbers or proof of shipment.

LIke many others on this site, Pioneer revival has succeeded only in taking $187 of my money. 100% scam.

Long time, but worth it

I bought two items (2 watches) from this company on the 2nd of August 2017. It is now 3rd of September 2017... still nothing has been shipped and no notification has been sent to me in regards to the progress! I sent an email to them on the 18th of August and only received a robotic/automated reply. Save yourself from this hassle, go elsewhere - Can't trust them.
Is a refund possible?!? Please help me out! > :(

Service is terrible right now. I bought a wood resin necklace in the signle digits of August and still dont have my package as of MID OCTOBER! They ship overseas so it takes forever. I was put under false pretenses that this was a California based company on their website but dumb me didnt think to confirm that. They said to expect a 18 day wait on orders + a 7-10 day delay on top of that because " They are behind orders" but its been that plus an entire month... Plus the Wood Resin Necklaces' have no size specs so its impossible to gauge how big this really is (or should i say small most likely) or how long the chain is... alot of hassle for a necklace. At this point id be happy with a full refund and free ship back than having to deal with this any further..

I purchased their wood resin necklace as a birthday gift, and it's really nice! When I had first ordered, it was on impulse, and later that night when I'd checked the reviews of the site - dread washed over me. All the negative reviews saying they never heard back or got the item made me really anxious - so I was quick to email customer service and claimed it was a mistake - but they'd already started making it so I allowed them to continue (if I lost 15$, I could get PayPal to refund my money back; it's not a big deal to me). It took one month for my item to arrive (not surprising, the manufacturing happens in China, and I'm in America) but it was worth the wait! Customer service and I emailed back and forth about 10 times - they were consistent and quick, never taking longer than a day to reply (at most, two days - max). The quality is nice, and since it's hand-made it feels a bit more special and individual since no one has an exact copy of it.

So yeah! I really loved my experience at this shop. Ignore all the negative reviews - I have no idea what they did, but I know I received my item. In case you're still sketchy about the site - just pay with a PayPal account. You can get refunded via PayPal claims if you never receive your item. I'm including my emails with Pioneer Revival so you know I'm not some paid liar.

I got the same issue as the other guys. Ordered on August 2nd and read about them afterwards here. I first tried the supportmail and got the same mail that it can take up to 18 business days to ship etc. And tracked my "china post package" which said that it is not existing. Directly went to paypal and contacted the site over paypal so I can get my money back eventually and they answered again: pure bullsh*t. I even got a mail from them after that, that my shipping status got updated. Wow. So I tracked the package again and nothing changed.
I highly suggest to avoid this scam site, nothing more to say

I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered my stuff OVER FIVE WEEKS AGO and nothing. No tracking update, I've emailed them about 25 times and the few times they've answered it's just been the same automated responses as everyone else. I thought I finally got through to someone when I got an email back saying "we're very sorry for the delay thank you for your patience your order will definitely be there next week let us know when it comes and that everything is ok :)" but LITERALLY someone else posted that they got that same exact email even down the smile face at the end! It's actual comical. Unfortunately I paid with my debit card so I have to go through my bank to get the charges reversed (they do some sort of investigation into the company) but I'm sure that they will look at all the negative horrible reviews of these scammers and I'll get my refund no problem. Sucks because I really wanted the necklaces they were so cool but ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

So I ordered 40 different wood and resin necklaces.
After 4 months of waiting, I received nothing. (Total price was 450 dollars). I emailed them and they apologized and said that they would like the opportunity to send the items but needed around a Month. Two months later, after not getting anything I email them. They say that they would like to send the items again. I say no thanks give me my money back. They reply saying, well thenitems arrived in your country, go check the post office. So I did. I spent 2 hours trying to get people to help. They finally did find the package BUT it was a tiny back with TWO necklaces in it! And one of them wasnt even the right color! Ive emailed them asking for my money back and no response yet.

Let me tell you how their game works. They charge you for a product. Try to delay as long as possible (so that charge backs arent possible). After the first complaint (since they dont send you anything), they actually do send something, but only just a fraction of your order. Their goal is to just have a tracking number to show you they sent something.

They then hope it gets lost so they can say they can do nothing for you. Or if you actually get it, they say whoops it was a mistake, please wait another couple of months for another shipment.

This is their scam. Take your money. Delay giving you the item. Hope you give up or forget.

Corrupted company.

How long can i wait?

So I ordered a necklace over 2 months ago and still havent recived anything! The don't want to give me a tracking number for my pack (EVERY PACK HAS IT!). They douge inconvinient questons like "where is my pack" or "when it will arrive". They always say "till the next week" but, hey, next week is here and my pack doesnt! Ha, they said that my 'local courier' could lose it XD NO WAY! You get informed when something like that is happening. I doubt that they even send my pack to me... Thats really sad!
