Add this site to the scam pile. Placed order, the replied once and took my money then never heard from them again. Even got blocked from going back onto their site. Now there is a ad popup thats the same product but different company. Bad News. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.
Do not ever order from this place or its other companies under various names. They never reply to emails or messages. The product when I finally got it months later was garbage. Only after PayPal contacted them did they send it. Then paypal dropped the claim, which I am still angry about.
Wish I had read reviews first! Ordered three tops. Received one I never ordered - too small. Two more arrived - wrong sizes and terrible!
No way to contact the company and return goods, so no refund!

I ordered a nice top and received a half finished crap top of very poor quality. I paid good money so have been totally ripped off. I have emailed them for a refund but not heard anything back. As you can see from the photos the neck and hem of top has not been hemmed! Obviously I'm very angry. I know pickatop read their reviews so perhaps they will have a conscience and refund my money.
I ordered two tops in October 2019. In January they sent me a cheap top followed by another a week later. Neither top bored any relationship to my order. They do not respond to emails. This site is a complete scam
Just wondering... because they seem to have the same clothing and I received something from China today that I did not order. I googled the address on the package and it took me to Dear Lover which looks just like the Pick a Too Website. I have not ordered anything from China since I order the 4 shirts from Pick a Top, I don't know, months and months ago, maybe almost a year? And now a shirt shows up with my name and address on it? This company needs to go away.
Just saw someone else's credit card was hacked, I just found out mine was hacked also. One guess it's them
You'll never get your order. Might as well throw your money down the toilet. I ordered 4 shirts in May, it's now August. They offer the $5.00 refund for waiting but I haven't seen that either.
So they take your order and money... deliver 1 item from the order and then nothing... they even delete all your info from their fake website once you make enquiry.
CERT and NZPolice are currently working to hold them accountable for their global fraud.
Ordered 4 items... Recieved 1 item disgusting quality nothing like I orderd after months of waiting... put in pay pal dispute... bc they had tracking information on that one item pay pal denied my refund... I am just as angry with pay pal as I am at this thieving company... and their e mail address is heels@ PayPal... the most despicable company out there... yes and wish I had of read reviews... stay away from this thieving company which have pay pals blessing...
I ordered an item and never arrived. Do not buy anything from them. They are a scam. They have no phone number. And they do not respond to an email
I found out they are a Chinese based company. I wish my city did not have them on their web site. I plan to write an email to let them know Maybe they will pull their site of the cities web site.
What they sent was nothing like I ordered. I wouldn't wear it while scrubbing my floor. They also use PINTREST and maybe other sites beware.If you use Visa or MasterCard and contest a purchase within 30 days they will refund your money and recover their money from pickatop.
I ordered the sweater in the first pitcher and got the sweater in the second picture. I ordered the dresses in the third picture and got the one dress in the fourth picture.
Horrible products, total waste of money. Website should be taken down. A 10 year old could produce a better product than this company. Ordered 4 items, took 8 weeks to receive the first item, unfinished seams and hems, ill placed button holes, not even a homeless person would wear this!
Followup re previous comments... this company replies to my emails re poor service. Ie items not delivered on time as promised. Emails are amateurish and full of platitudes that they are working to get items posted. It is now 7 weeks since I paid extra to receive items in 10-13 business days. They totally ignore that I want a refund because of their false advertising. I told them I was going on an overseas vacation and not to send me anything.
So this morning, as I leave on vacation, there is an email stating they have posted 2 of the 5 items ordered! Who knows where they will end up as I will nor be home to accept delivery. What an absolute waste of my time and money... extremely frustrating shopping experience... NEVER to be repeated. DO NOT shop with this company.
After several emails to Pickatop, they sent one top (of 5 ordered). But DHL charged me $20 to deliver, plus $6 duty! I paid $16 for the top that was delivered... so really wasn't worth it. Top was adequate, but different shade of colour from photo on Pickatop site.
I emailed to tell them not to send other tops, but to refund my money. I received an email saying they would send other tops in 5 days! Very unprofessional email and poor English language... obviously from China.
I would advise NOT TO SHOP ON the PICKATOP SITE!
I paid extra to have 5 tops delivered in 10-13 business days. I received one top after 1 month. Poor quality, 2 tops after another month, again poor quality. It is now 4 months later and after "giving up" on this company, I received an email stating there is another ordered top on the way! So they eventually do deliver, but quality is extremely poor... will not wear ANY of the ordered items, and will not bother to try to return them for a refund. Just do not buy from this company... you will be very disappointed!
This a bogus site. I have been waiting 6 weeks for delivery and only get lame apologies when I inquire about my order.If I get my tops, I'm sure they won't be worth the wait.

I ordered 3 tops in September and following multiple emails eventually received 1 to top the wrong colour in December, and it's no better than a rag
I have sent further emails but they don't even bother to pretend to give a xxxx now
I assume by now they have closed down that name and are continuing the scam under a different name
I have seen the same pictures of the same clothes on another web site so I am left to presume they are completely bogus

6 months ago I purchased 3 tops from this Chinese based company and paying £45. After waiting the specified delivery time and not receiving anything, I contacted them. I was told that there were problems with the production of my chosen garments and could I wait a few more days. I agreed to this but then a few more weeks went by and still nothing. I contacted them again and this time was asked if I would like to choose alternative items. This was impossible to do as the website had no item codes. I have been more than accommodating, I even asked them to choose 3 similar items in my size for me, and still nothing. I then decided that this order was becoming impossible so I asked for a refund. It was clear from that point that they were extremely reluctant to issue a refund, as all correspondence since have been to either choose alternative items, or to wait a little longer. This has been going on for 6 months now. I have now threatened legal action, and am awaiting their response. But to be honest I'm not sure whether UK Trading Standards apply to Chinese manufacturing companies. I feel I am going round in circles with them, but I can't let it go out of principle.
I would advise not to purchase from this company. I am now avoiding ALL Chinese based companies now, which is very hard to do, as the UK is flooded with them, including Amazon.
Ordered in June and in August have not received anything. Get the run around from the website - have been told to pick new items because fabric is no longer available. I asked for money back and was refused - told to pick new items. This is a scam site. My banking information was hacked after i submitted my order to them so i'm highly suspicious. My bank was billed the amount right away rather than when items shipped. Nothing in 2 months is ridiculous!
It took almost 2 months to get my order. When I finally received it 3 of the items were not even finished (raw edges on neckline, hem and sleeves) and charged for an item that was not received. I have asked for return label so I can return for refund but getting the run a round.
Ordered some summer dresses in June and paid extra for 10-14 day delivery. Needed them for a holiday in August. Not received by the time I left, so notified them to cancel my order and refund my money. Have received a couple of notices that they are shipping one item. Again advised them not required and refund my money. Still nothing!

I ordered about 6 items. It took 6 weeks to get 1 item and then 3 other items trickled in about 1 a month. I reached out to their support via email multiple times. I still have not received 2 items and its been five months! Very bad customer service.
Don't buy from this site. They do not send orders timely (still don't have mine), no tracking numbers given, comes from China, do not answer emails asking for updates. Overall, a lousy company!
