Photomug

I received a 'Photomug' from my daughter for Mothers Day, that she ordered & purchased from PhotoBox...

The product has obviously been bought cheaply by PhotoBox, from China possibly, as there is no protective glaze inside. It ended up looking like a building site mug in a matter of 2 weeks.

The concept is good, although not a new one, and the photos seem to be protected well... probably from the double glaze and firing that the pottery has had.

I contacted PhotoBox and complained. Credit to them, they sent me a new one, printed with the original photos, which must have caused them: A/ time spent in admin searching for the order; sending instruction to the department that produces the order; someone taking the order; re-printing the mug.
Therefore, the original mug, in its original state was not cheap. It's actually cost the company probably 20 times its cost, in manpower!

I feel very sad at having to throw my present in the bin :(

Well, I've sent two emails and received no respons efrom their customer service team. The iPAd cover they sent me had a weak desaturated image on it that wasn't anywhere near the quality of the original file I sent them.
They clearly have no colour management protocols in their system and when I reported this, twice by now 5 days after receipt, I have been deafened by the silence. I will never buy from this business again.
Their service and quality of goods was below par.

I'm guessing this site is a scam. I haven't received my order and it's been "reprocessed and resent" more than once.
Next step... attempting a refund. Such a disappointment.

I have not received my order! They have "reprocessed my order" two times. They have responded to my emails but my last email was for refund request. I will be reporting them to the BBB if I do not get one. Wish I had seen these other reviews!

Going downhill

I have been a customer of Photobox for years. Initially they were excellent, with good quality prints and service. However I noticed in the last year or two that their service is steadily declining. Recently after sending for prints of an important family occasion, I received the prints back and they were awful! Really grey, dark and blurry. I complained and they replied to say they looked into it and had not apply an image enhancement app to my prints and would reprint them for me at no extra cost. After a week, still nothing, so I emailed again asking where my order was. They replied to say that the reprints had been cancelled by production claiming my original digital images were blurry (they weren't) and that they can't improve on them. Rather than refunding me, they plonked a £20 credit voucher in my account (I paid over £26 for the order) to use (waste?) on my next order (ummm, why would I want more crappy prints?). I am now battling with them to either deliver improved prints (I dont hold out much hope now), or refund me so I can get them done elsewhere.
So so disappointed in them. They used to be so good, but sadly are going downhill.

Hi
Ive placed an order for father's day one month ago and still did not came. I contact CS every week and they say that they don't have a way to track the package and that will come...
How disappointing can be to buy a present for a date and will never arrive... and the company does not have any information about it...
How a company being on online business has a terrible customer service
No worth to spend the money to not have security or certainty you will receive the PRODUCT
Don't use... Im so frustrated now and disappointed

Sticky9 promote a satisfaction guaranteed and this is an empty promise. My magnets have had heads cropped out so I have some bodies with no heads. Feel ripped off and they don't respond. There was no mention anywhere about the margins &/or cropping of images. Avoid.

Never received order
January 8, 2016

Ordered magnets on 12/4. On 12/21 customer service said they "may have been lost in the mail due to holidays" and they would re-send. Today is 1/8 and still nothing... Sent another email so we will see. Very disappointing! UPDATE: As of 2/15, still never received order after they said they would send it 3 times and kept blaming the US postal system. I have requested a refund and they agreed to it, but we will see if I ever receive the money. :( Stay away from this company.

Very disapointed with the quality of canvas, the writing is blurry including image, despite contacting company I've had no reply.

This was a XMAS gift, which is now homed in our cupboard - out of site!

Ordered an iPad case with a personal picture on it, was a little slow in the post, but this was probably because of Christmas post! Other than that, the case is good quality and I definitely recommend! I emailed the company when I read these reviews about their products not turning up (as I hadn't received mine) and they emailed back within a couple of days, really friendly and even offered a free print!

DO NOT USE THIS APP
December 20, 2015

It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order! I have emailed several times and still nothing! They claimed to resend the package but I have not received it. I finally asked for them to cancel my order and refund the money and I have not had a response back. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Another unusable website

Yet another bad website. The upload when ordering a calendar does not work, it repeatedly hangs. However, you can upload normal photos. If you order prints and a calendar, they charge twice for delivery.

Very disappointed
October 23, 2015

I placed an order and waited for at least two weeks. Nothing has arrived. I emailed them (well the customer service was great and helpful. They checked the shipment status and it was apparently shipped out from the factory. They offered to resend me for free.) However, after over 2 weeks of wait, I haven't yet received it. It was a birthday present for my friend now I have to think of something else for her. Very disappointed.

Sticky9 is great

Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

Have ordered many times from photobox and have always received really great products. Recently ordered a large canvas online, which is very quick and easy to do and love how it tells you if the picture quality is good enough. Product received very quickly. Good prices and deals too.
