I have been saying for some time now that I don't need any more clothes (plus current circumstances mean there's nowhere to wear them to anyway). Then I saw this amazing jacket on Facebook! I have a black-sequin blazer which only got me upgraded to the front row for Madonna's last show but this black-sequin biker jacket is everything. I am going to have so much fun wearing it, I'm just getting ready for all the comments I will be getting. I've decided it will be my new signature look!

I'd been looking for a couple of Primal Scream-esque shirts in high street shops and online for ages, and had just about given up hope.
Then Phix popped up on my FB feed and I clicked on the link, not expecting to find what I was looking for.

However, two shirts immediately caught my eye and I decided I had to have them. An extra bonus was that they were in the sale.
After having an online chat with the very helpful Rebecca, who gave great advice on what sizes would fit best, I went for it.

They arrived the next day - super speedy.
And not only do the Starman and Large Polka Dot shirts fit, they feel gorgeous. The velvet, and crushed velvet, material is perfect. And the style made this aging man feel young again.

For help, postage, value, and style, Phix have a new fan.

Hi. You can tell from the title of my review that I am not going to be giving a bad review to PHIX. I have quite a large collection of items (3 velvet kaftans 6velvet shirts 2 fabric shirts, faux fur coat paisley pea coat, paisley 60s jacket and velvet 60s jacket)and I cannot fault a thing.The shopping experience I have found to be excellent with some shipping issues being not of a PHIX problem but a result of living in Australia. I've recently purchased the Bolt shirt and Bolan scarf, and they both capture the essence of that classic Jagger/Richards 70's style. These now join my leopard kaftan and Hoxton shirt which are also from Phix! Top fabrics, great designs, and quick delivery.

I found Phix Clothing by accident. As a bit of a clothes addict i was impressed. I have bought from other more well known sites and do occasionally thin my wardrobe out a bit. Not with Phix. It's the sort of stuff you will always want to keep, even if it's only one or two items, as those special pieces in your wardrobe.

I was a Northern Soul boy, Wigan Casino in '78 when i left school. Smart, image conscious and individual. For me Phix ticks all the boxes. Retro with a modern twist, limited runs. I have two box jackets and a longer coat. All exceptionally well made, great quality and detailing. The difficulty for me is prioritising what to buy. So much great stuff. I've never really had to do that before. Not for those who don't like being noticed.

The only down side is the cut. It means you can't be carrying too much extra weight, especially around the middle. I'm about five eight tall, 44 chest and 35 waist. A little shorter in the arms than average and quite broad across the shoulders due to a lot of lane swimming. An XL fits perfect. Jacket, that is. I will be buying shirts soon though.
I had no problems with the customer service. Quick and efficient.

At nearly fifty seven I'm getting excited again about getting dressed up to go out dancing.
