Products are fake. They are not a helpful plus customer service is disgusting. They really cheats you. Dont know who have given reviews. Totally fake i think so their employees are only giving reviews. Totally waste of money.
Very pleased with the shirts I have received. The quality is to a high standard and the fit is great. The prints really stand out from the average shirt you see in high street shops. Quick delivery too!

I ordered my jacket on 10/01/12 and it arrived either as scheduled. About 7 days; the exact estimate the website gave. So shipping was not a problem as I live in the US, and I was pretty patient
As sizing goes, it fits perfectly. No doubt. I'm only 15, but hopefully I won't grow out of it too quickly.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the astro turf reviews, I agree with the first few posters in questioning the legitimacy of this site.
I paid for an item, it never arrived. Phix told me to wait 45 days to be sure that my item would arrive. Really the 45 days is so you can't lodge a paypal dispute.
I have bought twice from Phix clothing and both times i have had a clear, concise selection to choose from. A simple interface allows you to navigate through the site with ease.
The site is also cheap for the style of clothes on offer, and there are usually some brilliant discounts.
After paying, which is a clear and easy method of payment, shipping doesn't take long at all and there is usually a follow up email hoping that you had received your goods.
All in all a very good clothing website

I bought one of Phix Clothing's exclusive pea coats. It is their own brand so you never know what the quality will be like, but it was amazing. Really good quality wool and fits like a treat. I had been looking for this type of jacket for a long time so I was so pleased when I found it!

I made two orders from them, the first order never arrived, and it has been over a month already and still not coming.the reason is becoz they don't have the item made yet, but still put it on the website as IN STOCK, they just wanna get your money first.
The 2nd order, they send a worn jacket, cut label, smells, and pen ink leaded in the pocket.
I've been trying to contact them so many times since i made my first order, and they just don't even care.
All i get is been chasing them around, and never got what i order.

I have used this website several times, the service is brilliant this is down to probably it has just been changed to new management. The only problem i have with the website is there is a small choice, although i like all of it, there are not many new products.
The coat that I bought from phixclothing was sent just in time for my holiday abroad so I was most certainly impressed that it came on time and I got asked where I got my coat from! The new management is a great improvement.
I found this brand one day by accident searching online one day and, I am so glad that I did. I eyed a very unique looking jacket on the site that very much was a statement piece and was just so eye catching that, I had to buy it. Unfortunately there were some issues in getting it delivered but there wasn't one moment through the whole process I was unsure of what was going on. My emails were replied to immediately by the amazing customer service that this company has and, because I payed for 1 day delivery and my item arrived a week later I was given a discount code for my next purchase if chose to buy anything else. I cannot stress enough how great this company is the items are well priced, look great, feel great and you are given the upmost care till the package arrives at your door. If you normally shop at high street brands or big online brands then definitely check this brand out, it will offer you an edge to your style that you wont find anywhere else.
I love the clothes from Phixclothing.com. Whatever your looking for they've got it. They dont just have one theme, say if you wanted a party dress and you were a 'safisticated dresser' they've got those types of dresses, say if you were more 'out there' they've got them to. Fabulous clothes for fabulous prices.
Avoid Phix Clothing at all costs! My experience matches countless others reported online, whereby the company tells you your item(s) are out of stock and will be back in stock soon. They try to keep you hanging on until the 45-day mark has passed, so that you cannot start a Paypal dispute against them - then you have no protection from Paypal and these rip-off merchants can keep your money. Yes, they SOMETIMES send the goods on time, but it's a huge gamble, and should you need to return an item due to it being the wrong size or generally poor quality, forget it - you won't get a refund from these crooks.
I ordered a dress at 3pm on a Friday hoping I could have it for my Saturday night out and it arrived the next morning. I couldn't believe how quick the service was.

They don't do refunds. They get all the money they can from your creditcard and don't deliver all items. When you return something, no refund. I've mailed them, called them, begged them... No action, no refund, no communication. Crooks!
