I have just switched the procurment of the overpriced drugs (in the US) for our family to PharmStore after the previous good Canadian source could no longer provide the Zetia at a price of $39 per #90, including shipping. PharmStore is both CIPA Rx and PharmacyChecker certified. Their prices on the 4 different items ordered so far do appear to be the best available from the legitimate on-line pharmacies. Their system, with email confirmations, and customer service have so far been tops.
