When I tried to submit my order. I was prompted to re-enter my payment information because there was an error and the system couldn't process my information. I did this 4 times, and I was still getting the error message, how annoying. Aside from that, the website is slow, glitchy, and it doesn't seem to be able register autoshipment discounts. I give up on trying to order from Petsmart. Terrible experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. Two weeks after I have ordered a bag and case of dog food, no delivery. It took 4 days to even have the shipping started, they refused to cancel the order even though it hadn't been shipped. Next, it travels from CA to UT to NV to IN to OH, arrives in Miamisburg only to sit on their hot trucks for 3 days so far. I've called both FedEx and petsmart and neither know where it is and petsmart refuses to refund it or request that it be returned to the shipper, which FedEx requires directly from the shipper. So I'm out almost $100, no dog food has arrived, every day FedEx says it's on the truck, then changes it to some obsurd excuse for not delivering, not that I would feed it to them at this point after it's likely spoiled on their hot trucks, and petsmart refuses to refund or have FedEx return it to them. Absolutely unbelievable and the one and only time I will buy anything from petsmart.com.
We always find what we want, just something at a price that is higher than should be. But you do not need to run around to different stores looking for pet supplies, they are all here in one place.
Really like ordering from these people, I've picked up item at store, and also had items delivered, all packaged well, and shipped in a timely matter.
PetSmart has a very nice variety of items and nutritional food for your pets but everything they sell can be bought online at other retailers for about half the price.
PetSmart has always had what I needed for my poodles; food, toys, treats, leads, etc. The stores are well maintained and staff is pretty dependable and friendly.
My wife was at Pet Smart today, and the bill was 22.51 and she gave the cashier 23.01. The cashier said would you like to round it off, and, my wife said, not today…So, then she told me that they didn't have any coins the bank is not sending them any. She then said, you don't have any nickels or dimes and she said, not. We feel they should reduce the price of the purchase…THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT…
Ananda was the groomer in Dawsonville Ga. I paid $59 for a horrible hair cut. She doesn't listen to how you want your dog groomed she isn't nice to your pet he was there for three hours and I don't think she ever offered water to my pet. I don't recommend anyone to take their pet there to be groomed. VERY ANGRY
I love their help for finding my pets the best of food and even flea medicine...ive bought a beta fish three years ago and hes still swimming around lol there fish last a long time
I shop the local pet boutique too, but PetSmart is the go-to place for variety and good prices. I can get my cat food there more inexpensively than anywhere else. Better than PetCo by far.
GREAT ONLINE STORE... MANY PRODUCTS. I have guinea pigs and sometimes finding treats for them is difficult... only trouble? They LOST MY ONLINE ORDER~never received it so i ordered again... that got lost! Went to pet mountain and petco. Adios!
Not only do they have everything under one roof, the amount of money they donate to shelters in incredible. I groom my dog there and love the results.
The cashier, Arianna, would not call the hospital in their facility to get my pet's RX number even though I had her RX. Then when I came back up with the Rx #, she put all my stuff in the return cart. Was at the Petsmart in Brentwood on Lone Tree Way.
Candy had surgery last week and she is doing great. The people there are so very kind and know what they are doing. I have a wellness plan with them which fits my budget
I made an appointment for my my two dogs (25 lbs and 20 lbs) a cut, bath and nails ground. The appointments were 9 am and 10 am. I dropped them off before nine and they said between 4 and five hours. At 1pm I went back to the salon to see if they were ready and was told that one of them had not even been done at this time. Already 4 plus hours in the pen, no water in a pen and only one was done. I expressed my feelings that this was unacceptable. Just apologies as if they had been here before. I asked for a manager on the floor and he did little more than make excuses. This was not about the cost or trying to get my bill reduced. I just wanted my pups taken care of in a timely fashion. He stated the Holidays are like this. I made my appointment just a few days before and they were not busy. They have always been slow but this was ridiculous. Why make an appointment when after 4 plus hours you still have one not even touched at this time. What takes so long? A bath, a cut and nails ground for two small pups and we are talking seven hours. I do not think that appointments are needed. Just drop them off and come back tonight seems to be the policy. They were taken in very early and no other dogs were in the salon when I dropped them off. What is wrong with this place? I will never take mine back there again. No food, no water, no pee break for seven plus hours. SHAME! Pet Smart, I think not. Price $129
Good product selection, but very high prices. PetSmart wants to operate with high margins and make the consumer carry the burden of paying for inefficient operating costs.
We have been bringing our rescue dog Cricket to you folks for grooming since August 2021. Cricket is a Pomsky and has a thick undercoat. Brittany usually does a good job with her grooming so that the undercoat isn't shedding too much. We just took her in for her grooming Sunday at 9:30. Brittany said she wasn't feeling well and gave her to Kaitlyn to groom. She did an awful job. I have been getting dog hair in my mouth, eyes, and on my clothes since she was brought home. I now have an eye infection in my eye and it's red and swollen. She clearly did not have the FERMINATOR done which gets the undercoat. Side note NO BOWS - REALLY?

I use Petsmart.com to order my 30 lb bag of dog food, I have to drive 7 miles to get to the store. Instead of having to take this heavy bag of food off the shelf in the store, into the cart, into my car and out of my car. Then I have to bring it up 5 steps into the house. I use Petsmart.com. Their webside is very well organized, items are easy to look up and purchasing a breeze, There are no lines I have to stand in. Using Amazon Prime will get your product shipped in 2 days. UPS delivers the product right to my door... no steps to climb. No gas to use and no wear & tear of my car. I love Amazon Prime. I also use their grooming salon to get my Bichon Frise groomed. I love everything about Petsmart, especially their low prices.
I had to take my cat to get her nails trimmed here and they were really great. Its out of my way so I usually buy pet food somewhere else, but they're good and staff is great with animals

Answer: I have no knowledge concerning your question. At our Petsmart in Sacramento they sell animal products; it's a store; not a place where dogs go to play. Dogs are allowed inside the store to 'shop' with their person, but the dogs must be on a leash, contained, etc.
