When I tried to submit my order. I was prompted to re-enter my payment information because there was an error and the system couldn't process my information. I did this 4 times, and I was still getting the error message, how annoying. Aside from that, the website is slow, glitchy, and it doesn't seem to be able register autoshipment discounts. I give up on trying to order from Petsmart. Terrible experience.
Tip for consumers:
Dont bother wasting your time trying to make a purchase through petsmart. Their website is terrible! It will only leave you frustrated.
