What can I say about per pay besides it's the number 1 app I use. The products be great and a little pricey but the payment plan is unbeatable. Thank you guys so much for helping put smiles on my family faces specially my daughter. Thank you per pay once again!
My experience have been good. The only negative thing is that they charge a shipping fee for every item that you purchase. If it's all in the same order i. Feel it should be just one shipping fee.

I don't understand why, if Perpay has the allotment set up with my employer. And they divi up the payment between the installment loan and the credit card, then why am I getting late fees charged against my account. After telling Perpay I have to spend everything in my credit card and max it out, because of the bogus charges taken from my account. If I don't spend anything to help my account from being so close to the max amount someone gets ahold of my information and again maxes me out.

I have been trying to get a response back from the support team about the Apple Watch that I didn't receive it's supposed to been delivered on the 19 and today is April 27,2025. So that they can contact fed x to help with the investigation, so I'm going to remove the payment until I get the item that I'm paying for.
Experience with Perpay is good. Could be great if it was more options to choose from as far as apparel, clothes, shoes, etc., etc.

I like that it comes out by direct deposit, that way I don't get behind and it's helping build my credit
All for nothing I repeatedly tried different formats of my proof of income and connected direct deposit and linked my bank account and kept getting the same message only to be asked for my review after my "kind words"

Great 2nd chance opportunity! I wish they would reevaluate sending things after first check for people who've been paying on time though. Send it prior to them receiving first payment.
I recently had a few issues getting my direct deposit set back up. Tanner was my contact. He was incredibly helpful. Walked me through the issue, helped me solve the issue, and got everything fixed for me. He was so responsive via email. I just cannot be happier with the customer service I received.
I haven't been able to set my direct deposit up manually or electronically. I've also reached out to customer service more then three times and no response on how to fix this. I don't understand because they been taking money out for my purchases I made prior. I can't even use the site.

With three teenage boys, birthdays and holidays get very expensive. I can always count on perpay to be there when you have pretty high priced items to purchase!
Things are expensive had acct paid through direct deposit paid in full and I just found out they put it on my credit report that I owed 1.00 yes one dollar which isn't true I owe nothing can't find acct hard to get a hold of people

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
